Reduce Engine Power Failure

I owned this vehicle (‘22 Tundra Platinum) for 6 months. Approximately 4200 miles got an “reduce engine power” on the dashboard. Bring it to the dealership and did their evaluation… it was one of the twin turbo. The dealership had it for 2.5 weeks. Also, when you accelerate to about high 60’s low 70’s you will feel the steering shaking. I have owned two other Tundra’s with the 5.7 engines and have had no issues. Toyota are great, dependable vehicles, but they still need to work out the kinks in the 2022 Twin Turbo.

Fantastic 2022 Tundra Limited

Love the new styling inside and out. I am getting just over 18mpg in mostly city driving. I have owned this truck for just over two months and would definitely but it again today and from the same dealer.

Love it

Its new it has 700 miles on it. The gas milage is improving and it drives like a dream. Knock on wood thus far no issues. It is a more recent build 4/22 so maybe some of the bugs have been worked out. it drives like a car.

The gas mileage is actually better than the Tacom

I upgraded from the Tacoma, the Tacoma was just a wee bit small inside. I love the Tacoma it was beautiful. It handled great and it was just a wonderful small truck. I upgraded to the tundra. I love the tundra, it is the very best. The gas mileage is actually better than the Tacoma wise. Both the Tacoma and the tundra have 4 Wheel Dr. I would not buy a truck without four-wheel-drive.
