TDi Lover

If your looking to back away from the Big Oil companies this is the car for you. I love getting over 40 mpg combined driving and doing so in a "Clean Burning" diesel. I have been totally amazed with the super tourque that this little turbo engine provides. Take a test drive and you won't be disapointed.

I bleed blue!

I have had this car for about a year now and not once had a problem with it. it is an amzing car for the price. the only thing i find wrong with it is that there is not much room to store anything. besides that the germans can make one heck of a car

Frustration!

Bought the TDI version of the Jetta Sportwagen, nice little car that gets great fuel mileage but can't stay out of the shop. Check engine light has come on twice in the first month of ownership requiring multi-day stay at dealership. VW's reputation for spotty quality is true, quite a disappointment.

MORE BANG FOR THE BUCK!

Honestly, I walked into the dealership looking at the VW Bugs...but I took a look at the VW Jetta Wolfsburg and fell in love! It had the touch screen, individual seat heaters, bluetooth, sport speed, and amazing handling. Granted, this is coming from someone who had a 93 cabrio, but after the test drive I knew I was going to get more for $4,000 more. This has the same engine as the CC...which shocked me. You're getting a powerful car without the huge price tag. --Only downside to the car...is the fact that when I put it in sports drive the car sputters a little bit. I bought the car with only 16 miles on it (right off the truck), and maybe that was because I was driving it harder than should be when you first have the car. I have told ALL my friends/coworkers who are looking to buy a new car to look at the VW Jetta , and if they are willing to spend the extra $2,000 to get the Wolfsburg Edition. I will always be with VW. Great car hands down!

Less than 700 miles

I have less than 700 miles on my new 2010 Jetta and it started making a very LOUD grinding and squeeling noise from the right rear tire well. I have owned this car for 8 days, only had 10 miles on it when I bought it. Not sure what is the problem, but a new car should not make any noise, much less sound like it is falling apart with less than 700 miles.
