2018 Volvo XC60 consumer reviews

I wanted to downsize after many years of driving a mini van but still wanted the driving height of an SUV. I began test driving SUVs by different manufacturers and in different sizes. I discovered this Volvo and immediately loved the roomy interior, great handling, and multiple features. I've already driven it 800 miles in the first 10 days and I love it.

This is my 3rd Volvo XC60 and will be my last. The electronics system is terribly sluggish, rotors warped with less than 20,000 miles, windshield shattered - took forever to get a new one, passenger seat rattles, the trunk needs to be slammed shut half the time even after the recall......

A sporty, fuel-efficient, comfortable, and luxurious crossover SUV. I've been a Volvo owner for life and have yet to drive another of their vehicles which so well meets our family's needs. Cannot recommend it enough.

You have to lock the car, even if it is in your garage, otherwise the radio will come on – which will of course drain your battery. The phone becomes disconnected from the car after driving for three hours. Must pull over, turn the car off, turn the car back on and then reconnect the phone. VOLVO blames everything on The third-party vendor, Apple CarPlay, so the problem will never be fixed.

This SUV has all the safety features I desired . I previously owned a 2018 Audi Q3 and it was lacking a lot of safety features

I've owned many Volvo's in the past going back to 242DL in 1976 and always felt very safe. The new XC60 with additional safety features makes this one the best. I tried other cars recently but was not as satisfied so I came back to the Volvo. I love the comfort, the handling and the power of the T6 supercharged 4 cylinder engine.

Before I test drive my Volvo XC60, I tested BMW, Mercedes, Tesla. Then I set in XC60 and said immediately: "This car is for me and it will be mine". Everything is perfect in this car. Starting from luxury sound system ending with safety of this car. I have a child and for me safeness is the first reason why I choose this car. Volvo is still a leader for safeness of their cars. I have fully loaded car and I enjoy driving it everyday. With no doubt I would recommend this car.

For my children who are only 9 and 4 years old to say they think moms car is amazing, speaks volumes of Volvo! We are extremely happy with our purchase!

I had opportunity to drive two competitors, Audi Q5 Premium Plus and MB GLC300 Premium-I package. Volvo XC60 2019 Inscription is simply better, more luxury car. Everything good in highest trim. With optional tech advance package this car become a semi-autonomous. Considering end of year discount of $6k from $55K MSRP, the value is obvious versus competitors, even including in consideration Acura RDX 2019 Adv., which can't be compared in terms of luxury to Volvo.

This car is what was expected, it drives well, hears less noise when driving compared to other car driven. It is very comfortable and good.
