Pleasure to deal with

I stopped by Bridgewater Acura to test drive a 2012 Jeep Liberty I found online with great mileage. I met with David Klein and he had the car ready to go in a few minutes. After driving it a few miles, David answering all my questions, and seeing what great shape the car seemed to be in we talked about a deal. I had to use Zero % of my negotiating skills to get the deal I wanted. (I almost wonder if I shot too high ) Oh well, I left that night with a promise to return the next day. Being this was the first USED car I'd ever contemplated, the next day I had several questions for David and each one was promptly answered via email. I returned that evening with my husband and as I requested we took a nice long drive in the car alone. It was nice being able to talk about the ride, and not feel pressured checking out certain things in the car. Seeing the car in daylight I noticed a scratch on the bumper I didn't see the night before. It's hardly noticeable, but I know it's there. Everything else seemed to be right on to what I expected and after all it was USED. After the ride, David was with another client, however the manager, Michael, promptly greeted us back and asked how we felt and such, I did negotiate another few hundred dollars off with no problem due to the scratch, and honestly it was more offered than did I have to ask. Michael then asked my husband, what he can do for him. He said "get me out of here quickly". I have to be honest, it's the fastest I've ever been in and out of a car buying experience ever. From my first communication with Scott online, all the way through to the financial desk of Ryan, I was very happy with the process. (Except for me hitting myself because I think I came in with too high of an offer, LOL) Honestly, I'm really happy with the car, and the service I've received at Bridgewater Acura. Trust me, it's important. I left a dealership not long ago because my sales associate felt we were wasting his time, now he'll never see us again, nor will I refer a soul. Thanks Bridgewater Acura for making my dream to own this particular Jeep come true. And only 2 days after leaving, they have addressed a few small items found and will be fixing them for me with no hassles. Refreshing!!! I would definitely recommend this dealership in the future and wish they were closer to home, I'd definitely partake in their service department.
