The sales associate (Siwan) was very kind and friendly. I was a little nervous considering this was my first car buying experience, but with the help of my parents and the Siwan, all of that nervousness went away! Siwan was awesome and helped me with everything along the way!
I have been bringing my two Acura MDX's (2004 and 2012) to Hall for several years now. I switched because I was unhappy with the quality of the service elsewhere. I came in having high expectations and must say they were not only met but exceeded by Brian T. my service advisor. In any emergency-tire blew/windshield repair by glass company damaged my car/AC on 2004 quit working followed immediately by AC on 2012 breaking-I have been able to call Brian and he gets me right in, KNOWS what the problem is and how to fix it, gets it done quickly and to the highest standard.
I have been thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and his communication skills. He is excellent at his job and provides exemplerary customer service. I just can't say enough positive things about Brian and my experience with Hall Acura service. I am so happy and will keep bringing my cars for service and repairs. I will also buy my next Acura from Hall because of my relationship with the service department.
I hope that Hall knows what an asset they have in Brian and does whatever necessary to keep him!!! He is absolutely the best service advisor I have encountered in my almost 30 years of owning cars.
Matt was absolutely wonderful! He was so courteous and went the extra mile for us on the purchase of our pre-owned Acura. I've never had better service - keep up the great job!
I bought a 2016 MDX from Rizza Acura in Orland Park, IL. I worked with Alyssa as my sales associate and she went above and beyond what was required of her! I live in Indiana and the BMV made a mistake that Alyssa helped me correct by driving to Indiana to meet me so I didn't have to drive all the way back up to the dealership in Orland (that I just left). I greatly appreciate the gentleman in the finance department as well...he was very eager to help me purchase this car as I was excited to buy it. Teri in the office was of great assistance as well in correcting the Indiana BMV mistake. Thanks again! Love my MDX
I came in around 5:30/6:00p and George greeted me at the door. Asked me a few questions and started recommending models that would suit my lifestyle right away. Asked me if I wanted to test drive the Optima along with another model. Tested the Optima, fell in love. Answered every question I had about the Optima (safety, price, quality) and also showed me where everything was in the vehicle (how to turn light on/off). Made my first car buying experience smooth and painless. I was out of the door by 8:30p with my beautiful new car! I would highly recommend this dealership! The staff was polite, George was incredibly friendly, knew the cars features very well. He made me feel confident about my purchase! 10/10 Would recommend

I really don't know where too begin with the young lady Omni on today...she was my friends saleswoman but I had purchased a car over the phone the information that she had given my friend I told her I had been explained any if that she began too be my saleswoman as well..I can really write a book on her today But, just know with a person like Omni you will have customers coming back...Very,Very Friendly ,Excellent customer service, Explained the buying process thorough!! I felt as if I had been knowing her forever!!!! Satisfied Customer I am!!!! Thanks Omni Binion!!!
This was my first time at the Torrance Acura AutoNation dealership and it won't be my last. I was there for a routine maintenance service. Chris, the service technician, was excellent! He was friendly and informative (especially, at 7 a.m.). My car was serviced in a timely manner. The car wash was awesome! My car looks like it was polished! Great job Acura AutoNation!
Serramonte Acura performed a warranty repair for me and it was a flawless process. I especially want to call out one of the Cashiers who was my initial contact. I arrived with my car at an especially busy time. The Cashier stepped out and got the process started for me, even walking out to the parking lot to assign a number to my car. Really, she could have asked me to wait for a Service Consultant but she took the initiative and was great.
The Service Consultant was - Alastair, I think (please excuse spelling if not quite right) - polite, professional and personable. There's a nice, clean waiting area with plenty of reading material and a television. This isn't like the old days when a greasy mechanic would write up your order and give you a smudged carbon copy.
Finally, the repair itself seems to have been done perfectly and my car was ready to go in less than 24 hours. I'm as satisfied as can be with this trip to the dealer and will bring my car here the next time it needs attention.
