Absolutely dealing with Megan Maclane was great she was very professional and extremely pleasant and I felt I had a good knowledge of the car that I was looking at which was the MDX in our DX model and I would highly recommend anyone to go back and deal with her as the sales rep. Brandon of Acura of Wappingers was one of the best saiesman. Brandon took the time to listen to the coustomer and help me meet my comfort level in a car. I went in just to ???look??? because I loved my 2013 RDX, I didn???t like the new features on the 2019 RDX and have not driven a Sedan in over 15 years but Brandon suggested we ??? give it a test drive??? well he picked the perfect car for me. It had all the features I liked and I was very comfortable driving my brand new 2019 TLX 😊. Great job Brandon and so LOVE my red leather interior.
Over the years my family has purchased six vehicles from Bobby Rahal Honda and my sons both purchased used Acuras from Rahal Acura. I recently traded my 2010 CR-V for a 2016 Acura RDX. Dave Williams was the salesman. He did a wonderful job explaining all of the features of my new SUV. The buying process was a breeze as Dave is so laid-back, not at all like the popular image of a car salesman. I would highly recommend Rahal Honda or Acura to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

This is my second attempt to send A+ praise. On the 3rd of April 2018 I drove off the lot in my brand new 2018 Volvo. I wish to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the folks at Volvo Cars, Silver Spring, MD for their excellent efforts in assisting me with this, my "bucket list " purchase. Special thanks and appreciation are offered to Mr. Samuel Soroka, Sales & Leasing Consultant as well as to Mr. Robert Booska, Service Advisor. I initially met Sam in mid January 2018 and stated my interest in purchasing a Volvo SUV. I had accomplished some studying and had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. I pointed out that I was not in a rush to buy. Sam understood and from that point there was never any sales pressure (which was appreciated). We set about the task of reviewing all of the specifications, costs, material and purchase options, estimated delivery date(s) and final vehicle transfer requirements. During the test drive of another XC60 in got to experience many of the features that until then were just words or video descriptions. Needless to say, I purchased serveral options. Sam was very knowledgeable at explaining all of the new and technical capabilities and very patient at ensuring I understood their functionalities. Admittedly, I'm still on the learning curve and will be for a while as I continue to enjoy the sensations of learning something new each time I master the use of another XC60 feature. In that light, this Volvo will be "new" for a long time. When delivery day arrived (Tue, 3APR18), Sam was kind enough to assist me with a transportation problem. He agreed and actually picked me from the Silver Spring Metro Station in his privately owned Volvo and brought me to the dealership where the finalities were conducted. It was during this time that I was also introduced to Mr. Booska. We reviewed and signed all of the appropriate paperwork and I was provided with a very clear and concise explanations regarding the financing and servicing requirements. Before departing, Sam sat with me in my new Volvo and took the time to ensure I was comfortable and pleased with my vehicle and with the entire transaction. I initially came for a second oil change on my 2015 GMC 2WE Yukon SLE custom with 22 inch black rims, aftermarket leather, Denali grill and a few other perks that I purchased from Schumacher Chevrolet/GMC/Buick in Northlake in West Palm Beach Florida, June 14,2015. Though I really liked that SUV I really wanted to get back into a 4WD even if it meant getting a used Tahoe or Yukon or a new or used crew cab Silverado. Previous folks I talked to via phone in West Palm Beach, Schumacher Chevrolet in Clifton, N.J. and Maquire GMC in Little Falls New Jersey all said I was too upside down and that it could not be done without perhaps 20k or more out of pocket. I was referred to Tanya. She very confidently assured me that she can get it done and that they have something that I might be interested in. Of course I was skeptical thinking she was going to waste hours of time with some sales pitch. She came through with the help of Mike and Terry Long with a deal. Though I did not want to put no more than 3k down, I put 5k down and got the payments the same as my Yukon and into anew 2016 Silverado 1500 LT A71 4x4 pick up truck. Though I will miss those 22" black rims I am so glad to be back into a 4WD especially living and working back and forth between N.J. and Chantilly, VA. I was teased by that Silverado LTZ Z71 with the black rims in the show room and may later switch to 20-22 inch wheels with black rims, but for now I am very excited with my first pick up truck. Timing was just right for that rebate and I was about ready for a pick up truck only with crew cab. Had already had a 1999 MB 320, a 2002 Chevy Trailblazer LTZ, a 2004 Chevy Tahoe LS, (purchased at the now closed Lynne Chevrolet in Kearny ,N.J.), a 2008 Chevy Tahoe LTZ purchased from Pohanka February 2008 and a MB GL 450 2011 purchased from MB Chantilly, and then that custom Yukon, so now it was time for a luxury like pick up truck.. Kudos to Tanya, Terry and Mike. See you in a few weeks for the spray liner and pick up bed cover?? A. Wayne Williams, M.D.

My 2011 Prius was making a noise, a grinding sound. Turns out to be rear wheel bearings, both the right and left. I appreciate the same day service; I called on Tuesday at 8:00 am and got the car in by 2:30, and a call from Scott in the service area. This is a pricey fix, but Scott did a nice job letting me know this was an $1,100 fix. He ordered the part by 4:00pm on May 29, and the car was fixed by 2:00 pm on May 30th. The bill came to $1068...nice to have a bad surprise! Thank you very much for fixing my daughter's car so quickly. I also appreciate the advise that the car is in "good shape" so worth making this fix on a vehicle with 136,000 miles. That was also helpful. Thank you.

I scheduled a 2 pm appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2014 Honda Odyssey. Brought it in just before 2 pm and waited there for it to be done. Made myself a cup of tea and sat in the quiet room" to read a book I brought. At about 2:55 I was told my car was all done and I drove out at 3 pm. Was very pleased. I suggested to Chris that the furniture in the quiet room needed to be vacuumed and he described all the renovations going on at the dealership over the next few months - sounds like there will be new furniture when the building phase is done. I'll be back for my next service needs, whenever that is.

I visited Rick Case Acura because I was looking to lease a 2018 RDX. My salesperson was Kimberly and she exceeded my expectations in her knowledge and willingness to deliver great customer service. She provided a proper presentation that allowed me to understand the vehicle's features. I decided to do the lease and then comes the hard part for me and that is the negotiation. Kimberly and the Sales Manager were great to work with and assisted me in getting a good deal. I picked up my RDX the next day and the process was smooth. I was introduced to my service contact person, the service manager, and the cashier. I could not have been more pleased with the entire process

Alan is one of the reasons I trust and respect Thomas Acura as he has a wealth of knowledge and experience. He is honest and I trust his judgment explicitly. He will let me know what services he recommends and what services I can wait on until the next service and I truly appreciate his honesty and expertise. It is this type of quality and service that sets Thomas Acura apart from other dealers. I have tried going to another dealer in the beginning that was closer to me and I was utterly disappointed with the service and felt that I could not trust them but once I came to Thomas Acura, I finally felt that I was getting the best service. Everyone at the dealership is courteous from the cashiers to the managers and it is just a very nice experience all around. I will never go to another dealer as long as I own an Acura and highly recommend and have recommended the dealership to friends and family looking for a great place to purchase and service their vehicles!
Josh Kramer assisted me with my service (tire replacement). He looked at my car immediately even though I did not have an appointment and was able to write my order up and I was ready to get a tire replaced within the next hour. Josh was really nice and professional! The price was actually really good & it beat everyone else I called around the area!
