Art was great to work with -- very thorough, always available when I had questions, and really knows his product. The dealership physical plant was very nice. I'd give the whole experience two thumbs up.
In my previous experiences in purchasing a vehicle, I felt as if I was just a number. The entire experience left me feeling pressured to make a quick decision. This time, that was not the case. There was no buying pressure or hassle in finding to best SUV for me. Land Rover of Bedford NH, bent over backwards to meet my hectic work and travel schedules. I never felt pressured in my decisions at all. The dealership manager and sales staff are all excellent. Their customer service is top notch. This was my Best Car Buying Experience, Ever!

My husband and I planned on trading in our leased Toyota truck with the intention of leasing another vehicle. We planned on "looking" around, but after speaking with Glenn, he made our visit comfortable in a manner that we did not feel pressured. Glenn understood that this was not our first time in a car dealership and therefore, we knew what we wanted regarding price, etc. He respected that and addressed our requests in a straightforward and respectful manner. As a result, we leased a car during our first meeting.

I test drove an RDX they had on the lot and worked with Anthony Stamegna. I didn't end up buying the vehicle but Anthony was great and very informative about the car.

I was specifically looking at the 2016 model because of the features it offered. The Volvo dealership gave me an opportunity to make my dream come true. In fact, I had so much confidence in them after my initial visit, that I came down to Florida from Wisconsin to purchase the car.

I was hesitant about going to Honda Gallery after reading all the bad reviews on yelp, but I made an appointment with Tina to see the 2011 CRV advertised so I decided to go. Erick Joseph was the salesman I dealt with and he was wonderful. He could sense my ambivalence from the start, and although I kept asking him the same questions over and over he remained extremely patient and continued to go over everything with me until I was satisfied. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car.

Worst experience buying a car. The Acura had several problems with the transmission and they said it was "normal" on all the cars. The acuras come with a German transmission and they shift very hard.. It's uncomfortable for everyone in the car..

Recently purchased a 2015 Camry from Autofactory in Peabody and could not have been more pleased with the entire experience. I was assisted by Brian who allowed me to take 4 test drives of different vehicles before I decided on the Camry. I felt no pressure to buy at all and Brian took care of all of the necessary paperwork, registration and insurance issues that go along with buying a car. I would not hesitate to recommend Autofactory as in addition to the above their prices were comparable or in most cases even better than any I’d found anywhere else.

This car feels like a tank going down the road! I love my Acura and all of it's amenities. This car is like "Calgon Take Me Away".
I posted a negative review about Auto Factory Peabody,who recently purchased Detour Cars in Danvers. The owner of Auto Factory saw my review and contacted me immediately to resolve the issue. He was unaware of the ongoing problem until he saw the review. He took the necessary steps to rectify the situation with the transmission on the 2012 Subaru. It's refreshing to deal with a business owner who takes pride in having a reputable business. I just wish I had spoken to him sooner, it would have saved me 4 weeks of stress. Thank you Nick for stepping up and fixing the problems.

Awara and Darnell were great. Awara is quite the character, he keeps things fun and light and knows his stuff. Darnell is another wealth of knowledge and will make you feel right at home. I wasn???t the happiest with the original online and phone correspondence. Very quick off the phone, ???no negotiation,??? They confirmed the E350 I was originally looking at was available 20 minutes before I headed their way only to find out it had sold the night prior.. classic tactic that I fell for. Awara was dealt a tough hand on this one as he was thrown into this, he had no prior knowledge of me coming in or the communication I had with the online team. He found me what I needed and was able to get the price to a point I could justify. Turns out they do negotiate ;) All in all I???m happy, buying a car is never a hoot but it got the job done and Awara made it as fun as it could be and was very attentive throughout the process.

Great looking and very comfortable. Acura is a very reliable car. I have owned four Acura’s and this will be my fifth one. I think it is the best car for the money!
Requested an Oil change, installation of 4 new tires and new windshield wipers. I was disappointed with the oil change because the oil use for the change was not the standard synthetic blend 5000 mile change the vehicle came with and has been used for the last six years. It was the non synthetic oil with a 3000 mile change recommendation.
I had never been to this dealership until two weeks ago. Now I'm the proud owner of a 2019 RDX. The fact that the exact car I wanted was not on the lot was no problem for them. They had it there in only a few days for me. Working with Steven Ashe was truly a pleasure. I would recommend Acura of Peabody and Steve to anyone.

it met all of my expectations and i honestly love the ride, it was clean and kept well maintained by the previous owner
the color was nice like i never been so happy to be driving, and isnt that the most important. im going to have this car for 5 years financed so i made sure i fell in love with it.
Jerry is a great guy to work with. He helped get me a lease on a new ILX and was very helpful, took his time to help, no pressure, and very accommodating. If it wasn't for him and Janet, the internet sales rep, I would have gone elsewhere.

We keep trying to buy something else in an SUV, but the overall value and design of the MDX is just superior. We have had only one event where we had to get to a dealer to fix a failing system in 12 years of this product. It is not as elegant as the Lexus or Mercedes, but it is good enough to withstand the $8,000 price differences. They hold their value and the dealer services are reasonable.
My wife and I think Jimmy Mazzarini is absolutely the best!!
