Knowledgeable, Thorough, Friendly, and No Pressure

Andrew was incredibly courteous and friendly from the moment that my fiancee and I approached the door at Courtesy Acura. As we walked up the steps he opened the front door, held it for us, and greeted us warmly as we walked into the dealership. I've never had an experience like that before but it immediately made me feel comfortable with Andrew and valued as a prospective buyer. From that point forward Andrew built a rapport with my fiancee and I and provided a wealth of knowledge that in my opinion, only someone like Andrew, who has worked on vehicles previously, can provide. He was incredibly patient with us as we talked (at length) about pros and cons in front of him, went back and forth on the decision, and really just evaluated all parts of this transaction before we said yes. He read our attitudes and conversations very well and interjected with information that was pertinent to the topic at hand. We never felt the "pushy" car salesperson vibe/stereotype that often accompanies buying a new car. He gave us the information and let us make the decision in our own time without hovering over us or asking "ready to sign?". Once we made the decision to take the car, our experience with Don in finance was exactly the same. He was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and more than willing to answer any questions or ease any concerns that we had. When my fiancee and I drove off of the lot with our 2018 TLX we felt like we had just worked with friends that we had know for 20 years. Definitely go see Andrew if you are in the market for an Acura, you will be impressed!!
