I can truly say this is the first time in all my years of buying a new car that I actually enjoyed the experience! I would be that person that would go after hours to look at cars as I just didn't want to deal with the pushy salespeople following me around. Well, when I stopped at Stevens Creek Acura one evening I was pleasantly surprised. I was able to to walk around the dealership looking at the vehicle's and then when I showed interest I was approached by a very friendly salesperson, Adarsh. Adarsh took the time to listen to me and understand exactly what I was looking for. He showed me what they had based on what I was looking for. We went for a test drive and I fell in love with the car. Next was the cost factor. I told Adarsh exactly what I wanted to pay and what I was able to put down. He spoke with his finance manager and to my surprise they came back with 3 different options for me that fit right into my budget. There was no haggling back and forth and we didn't sit there wasting each others time. Needless to say my husband and I went back the next morning to purchase my new vehicle. The purchasing was such a breeze! After we signed the finance papers (which was so quick), Adarsh took the time to go over all the bells and whistle in my new car! Was searching for a used G37 in good condition and reasonable price range. Found out that Serramonte Acura had one that looks like a fit on cars.com. Walked in there and Tarik talked us through the car, very patient, answered a lot of my questions. Car ran good in test drive and we just drove it home within a couple of hours. Nice buying experience overall. Car's clean with new tires. AC works well. It's been running well so far. (I later took it to a close by infinity dealership to flush all the fluid, which is a small insurance you should buy after getting a used car.) Keep it up guys!
After requesting a quote, several dealers reached out to me. Serramonte was the most persistent. They kept sending reminders and even called me the morning of purchase. Marin Acura also emailed and offered to beat Serramontes price by $250.
Hong assisted me with my purchase and test drive. He did not rush me with my eventual purchase and matched Marin Acura offer. I have been waiting for Acura to change the grill, and I was not disappointed.
I came in looking for a Used Acura, and left with a Brand New Acura MDX. The Salesman was so helpful and knowledgeable about the product. It was perfect for my kids, safety, and had everything I needed, and then some! Even the GM, Mark Maxwell, took the time to Greet us and made sure we were well taken care of. It didn't even feel like I was shopping for a Car. We were treated like Honored Guests from the second we stepped into the Dealership. I felt no pressure whatsoever, and ended up making Friends.
I definitely recommend this Dealership 120%!!! The Acura Brand alone is GREAT, but the Staff made this a pleasant and memorable experience. I'm sending all my friends to Los Gatos Acura!

The sales department did a very good job of contacting me prior to my visit to understand my needs on the car and helped me get a fair idea on the pricing as well. In the showroom, they were flexible with my pricing and struck a good deal. The finance department was very cooperative in finding the best rate and package. Overall it was a great experience

I was looking for a truck and I was browsing through CarGurus and saw a Toyota Tacoma limited 16 for sale. Ron contacted me and I scheduled an appointment the next day. Ron, had the car ready for me to test drive once I got there. I brought my two sister along with me . Ron and I talked about the pricing and saw that this is the best deal(as it's at the lowest price on KBB). After three hours of waiting for different banks to beat my banks offer, my bank came up on top and purchased my dream truck. I would says the only thing that got me disappointed was that I paid 33k and had 1/4 of gas. I had to go to Ron and ask him if they forgot, but Ron told me that they don't fill up used cars. Ron did fill it up to half tank but I thought spending over 33k I would get a full tank. Besides the whole gas thing my experience was great!
