Malcolm was amazing and provided my wife an informative but stress free test drive. It sold us on the car. I am blanking on the name but the gentleman who helped with financing also did an amazing job and was helpful and honest.
We just purchased a 2019 RDX from Leo Lodin. When we arrived, we received the exact price he quoted us by email. He was fair, honest and the process was very smooth. Additional kudos to Truc, the finance person who was the most personable and decent finance person we have ever dealt with.

Buying a car from them was quite smooth. They had many variations of the model I was looking for and were quite willing to show me every one they had in stock. They had posted sale prices online for some of the cars they had in stock but discounted others which were advertised at a higher price. Negotiations for the price were fairly quick. When signing the paperwork, there was the typical sales speech to sell me additional services but when I said I was not interested the sales talk stopped.
I had bought a different BMW from another dealer 5 years earlier. That dealer's service department gave me quite poor service. I often had to take my car back to them right after they serviced it. I checked online reviews and found Stevens Creek BMW seemed to have the best reputation. I had bought parts from the Stevens Creek BMW parts department and was quite satisfied with the experience.
I was seriously considering switching from BMW to Mercedes Benz but my experience with and the reputation of Stevens Creek BMW were enough keep me interested in a new BMW even though I have had excellent service provided for my old Mercedes by a nearby dealer.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Was searching for a used G37 in good condition and reasonable price range. Found out that Serramonte Acura had one that looks like a fit on cars.com. Walked in there and Tarik talked us through the car, very patient, answered a lot of my questions. Car ran good in test drive and we just drove it home within a couple of hours. Nice buying experience overall. Car's clean with new tires. AC works well. It's been running well so far. (I later took it to a close by infinity dealership to flush all the fluid, which is a small insurance you should buy after getting a used car.) Keep it up guys!
After requesting a quote, several dealers reached out to me. Serramonte was the most persistent. They kept sending reminders and even called me the morning of purchase. Marin Acura also emailed and offered to beat Serramontes price by $250.
Hong assisted me with my purchase and test drive. He did not rush me with my eventual purchase and matched Marin Acura offer. I have been waiting for Acura to change the grill, and I was not disappointed.
Service rep Juan was very proactive in informing me of repairs that needed my immediate attention and repairs that could wait. Was very pleased with the service provided and as such I frequently take my car there for servicing and repairs

I was looking for a truck and I was browsing through CarGurus and saw a Toyota Tacoma limited 16 for sale. Ron contacted me and I scheduled an appointment the next day. Ron, had the car ready for me to test drive once I got there. I brought my two sister along with me . Ron and I talked about the pricing and saw that this is the best deal(as it's at the lowest price on KBB). After three hours of waiting for different banks to beat my banks offer, my bank came up on top and purchased my dream truck. I would says the only thing that got me disappointed was that I paid 33k and had 1/4 of gas. I had to go to Ron and ask him if they forgot, but Ron told me that they don't fill up used cars. Ron did fill it up to half tank but I thought spending over 33k I would get a full tank. Besides the whole gas thing my experience was great!
