A great experience with a great team, from start to finish

I spent many hours working with Anas Najjar at Pohanka Acura to find the right Acura at the right price. He was very patient with me - I visited their dealership several times over several days and test drove several different cars; mostly because I was unsure of exactly what I wanted. I also had a trade-in that needed a little TLC for which they gave me a very fair offer. Anas never showed impatience when I tested 4 different SUVs between used RDX and MDXs. Their pricing is extremely aggressive. It's clear that they want to start the conversation by having the lowest list price in the area. Everytime I extended a search for a specific model they were showing up with the lowest price. Throughout the process, Anas and Jamaal (Sales manager) made me feel very at ease. I had my preconceptions about how the negotiation process would go, expecting it to be very intimidating and stressful. They disproved my assumptions by making it really easy, casual, and I never once felt pressure to make a decision I was not comfortable with. There were times that we did not agree on a price, but it's not like they were pushing me any more than I was pushing back at them. All in all I was really happy with the whole experience. When the hardest part is figuring out what car you want, I'd say it went pretty well. I went in planning to buy a used 2016 RDX, and ended up leasing a brand new 2017 MDX and I could not be happier with that decision. Their professionalism and courtesy throughout the process made me much more comfortable with my decision. I encourage anyone in the market for an Acura to stop in and ask for Anas.
