Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

Was on vacation in Hilton Head and X5 decided it did not want to leave, so car was towed through arrangements with BMW roadside assistance to the dealership. The technician was very thorough and made sure we were going to be confident on our 800 mile trek back home. We did not think about how we we were going to pick up the vehicle when it was finished but Adison seamlessly arranged for an Uber to pick us up at our resort to bring us to the dealership, on their dime (very impressed). Everyone I spoke to at the dealership were absolute professionals and knew their job. I can?t thank them enough for getting the job done swiftly and getting us home safely.

Overall I am completely satisfied. One item is leg room for driver. I am 6'1" and legs cannot be completely stretched. Lots of Electronics. a little challenging for baby boomers

I went to Germain Honda for my civic’s a/c and met with Justin Daniels. Justin was very professional and quickly got my car diagnosed. The repair was covered under an extended warranty that Justin helped me with. Justin also explained a few other items that my car needs repaired but wasn’t pushy about getting the repairs done. I had great conversation with Justin and felt confident he was looking out for me and my vehicle’s best interest. I hope to see him again on my next visit to Germain Honda.

Part time Delaware resident but my dream car became available in Maryland. Across the state lines, Emmanuel did amazing work to make the purchase seamless! A very pleasant experience from the time I drove into the service entrance. It was my first time to have my car serviced there and they explained everything and showed me the options for where to wait until they finished. My only disappointment was they didn't use synthetic oil, which I thought was standard with them. It wasn't their mistake. It was mine. I will be sure to ask for it the next time it is seviced.
