Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

Great experience and service!! Prior to pickup everything was explained and verified in order to have a seamless delivery experience. Great experience purchasing a new Buick Encore GX from a great team. Hugh Middleton was great to work with and he was patient as he explained the process and the numbers and he and his management were great at crafting a deal that was extremely reasonable and the process was smooth and efficient and I was in and out of the dealership in what for me was record time. Definitely the best car purchase experience I've had. If I need to purchase another vehicle I would definitely work with Hugh and his team again. I can't recommend them more highly!!!

Stephen the product specialist was particularly attentive, knowledgeable, and respectful of our time. He did not rush us nor was he pushy in any way. Stephen spent a lot of time walking us through the technology features of the MDX and everything the vehicle had to offer. As my lease was coming to an end, I looked into a few Acura dealerships. I got a few quotes and was not satisfied with the customer service and professionalism. I worked with product specialist Jason Fogelquist, sales manager Dan Flores, finance manager Carlo Saenz, and Inventory manager Jamal Wyatt. Jason got me the deal I was looking for, Dan approved, Jamal found me my car and got it to the Wappingers Falls lot within 3-4 business days and Carlo was very through and funny when it came time for contracts and signing (a process that is usually tedious and boring was fast and fun). They deserve special shout outs for their professionalism and customer service and all around personality that made me walk out of Acura yesterday with a smile on my face. Great dealership to work with. I had the pleasure of dealing with Zeeshan, Willie and Akbar and I have to say it was the best interaction I had in any car sales. They were professional, courteous and actually cared about what we wanted. Most importantly, they were honest. Communication was too notch and I was updated every step of the way by text or call. They went out of their way to make sure we had the best sales experience from beginning to end. The car itself is beautiful and they didn't cut any corners in the sale.
