Acura of Ramsey review
It was pure coincidence that while being in NY/CT/NJ for a month that I happened across Acura of Ramsey and a car I was interested in. I sent an inquiry on a Saturday and Elbio D’Onofrio replied (called me) shortly thereafter. After exchanging some pleasantries, I then asked to speak with the amiable General Sales Manager Justin Agamie. Justin promptly called me and we set up an appointment to meet the following Monday. A handshake and one hour later…BAM…I bought the car I was interested in. Yes, it’s that easy when dealing with professional, proficient and personable people like this!

2025 Acura MDX review
After enjoying a 2006 Honda Pilot for over 200K miles it came time to try something different although the Pilot was still performing flawlessly. Competition was fierce with Lexus, KIA, Volvo, and others offering compelling alternatives. But in the end customer loyalty won out. The ACURA MDX has proven to be an outstanding choice offering comfort, reliability, and an absolute pleasure to drive. Also of importance the technology interface feels intuitive with a very shallow learning curve. Highly recommend.

Open Road Acura of WayneReviews
Open Road Acura of Wayne review
I cannot say enough great things about Jose Diaz at Open Road Acura in Wayne, NJ. This is now the second car I’ve purchased from Jose, and both experiences have been nothing short of outstanding. From the moment you step into the showroom, Jose makes you feel like a priority. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and he truly listens to what you’re looking for—he is not just trying to make a sale. He takes the time to walk you through every detail, answers every question with patience and confidence while respecting you time. Needless to say he works tirelessly to make sure you leave with a deal you feel great about. What really sets Jose apart is his consistency. It’s rare to find a salesperson who remembers you years later, treats you like family, and maintains such a high level of integrity and care. That’s why I came back— why I’ll continue to come back. And, this is why I referred my daughter to him and we both walked out with two SUVs. If you’re looking for a smooth, pressure-free, and genuinely enjoyable car-buying experience, ask for Jose Diaz. He’s a true professional and a major asset to the Open Road Acura team. Thank you again, Jose, for making this another amazing experience for myself and my daughter

I am writing to express my satisfaction with my recent lease of an Acura ZDX from your dealership. The experience was truly enjoyable, and I appreciate the professionalism and patience displayed by the staff. In particular, Jean, the sales manager, and David, my salesman, were exceptional. I was impressed by the dealership’s knowledge and expertise. They provided me with comprehensive information and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I feel a strong sense of trust and loyalty towards your dealership and would highly recommend it to others. Thank you again for making a smooth and easy transaction. But best of all a great deal.

2025 Acura MDX review
Wife and I leased a 2025 MDX A-spec Advance in Apex Blue with red interior. Before acquiring this vehicle, I would’ve considered us Lexus brand loyalists. I wasn’t too sure about buying another Acura and always considered them to be overpriced Hondas. So far, we love it. The tech is light years ahead of our old 2022 Lexus RX350 F-Sport. The ride is very comfortable with minimal effort required to steer the vehicle. The 19-speaker B&O sound system is awesome! The massaging seats are definitely worth the upgrade from the A-spec to the A-spec Advance. The feathery soft gas pedal does take some getting used to, while the brakes require more effort to engage than I would prefer, especially for a vehicle of this size. There are a few things we found to be a bit odd. We’re not big fans of all the piano finished black plastic throughout the dash, but at least there are physical buttons. When the vehicle is in reverse, only ONE of the side mirrors tilts downward, making it difficult to utilize both mirrors to back up. I have to switch between Left or Right while backing up, which is not very practical. It does have cameras under the mirrors which provide a surround-view perspective, but it’s not as clear or as convenient as using two mirrors, especially when it’s raining! I believe that’s exclusive to Acura. Our 2012 TSX only tilted one mirror at a time as well. Also, for a vehicle nearing $70k, you would expect the rear windshield wiper to be hidden under the rear spoiler. It doesn’t give the vehicle a seamless finish and is a constant reminder of how Honda/Acura cut corners to save money instead of differentiating the MDX from the Pilot it’s based on.

Picked up a new Acura today. John K. is our salesman and Mike is the manager. Major, major thank you's to both of them and to all the people at Acura Milford. Truthfully, this has been the smoothest car-buying experience I've encountered. These guys are honest and know the product. Pricing is fair as well. Thank you for a great process.

Both Alex Galo and Deslie Promesse are amazing! My bestie and I went in for a new car and they both were extremely understanding of our finances and made everything possible for us to leave here at peace and with joy! If you ever come here, ask for them! You won’t regret it!

We had a such stellar experience at the Paragon Woodside. We dealt with Imran Muhammad and Justin Hili. They really took the time to listen to our proposal and we entered into such a great deal! Imran took the time to ensure we have all the documents we need. Paul Padilla also assisted us. Overall, we had such a positive experience and we strongly recommend their dealership to anyone planning to do an upgrade.
