Staff are very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and take care of even the little things that need being done. They give you a time frame for the work and meet it. If anything comes up they explain what was found and the options available to fix it.
It’s a great deal with the price of the vehicles I’m just kind of iffy in regards the location for maintenance and repairs I’m still looking to buy a vehicle and I think I should be getting it in the next two months
I purchased a used Toyota 4x4 vehicle without test driving on the freeway. After the purchase I had to drive approx. 100 miles on the freeway to get home. The steering shook a lot and the vehicle drifted to the right. The next day I called Acura and explained the problem. They were more than happy to have me return the vehicle so they could repair it. While they were making repairs I walked across the street to the Toyota dealership and found exactly what I was looking for. I asked Acura if I could cancel the contract so I could purchase the other vehicle and they were very cooperative in doing so.
Best dealership by far that we have been to. Facility was very comfortable with good healthy snacks and beverages you want. Buying process was very quick and car was fully service before taken home. Averall rating is AWESOME. Thank you staff.
The service advisor Matthew was very polite, patient, helpful, knowledgeable and answered lots of my questions very well.
During the 30000 mile maintenance, he and his crew found and root caused a rear brake issue and fixed it. It was because some parts were not lubricated well enough, the rear brake pads were worn unevenly, and the inner pad was gone while the outer one still had half thickness left, he helped contacted volvo to take care of the charges to replace the rear brakes pads and routers and lubricated the part well to prevent this from happening.
The renovated dealership building is very beautiful, the seats were comfortable and wifi was fast, I like the area with 2 cubes where people can carry on their work while waiting.
I bought a car from Bentley dealer in Las Vegas few years ago. The customer service was great. Me and my wife received the same type of customer service here couple days ago when we bought a car for my wife. Everything was smooth. Daniel our sales rep and Craig the sales manager were both great. So was everyone else. Craig would find excuse after excuse to give us better deal after deal after deal and after deal. The only thing was left is to just give us the car for free.
I also love the fact that sales people are cool with eacother. Every other dealer we been to we found that it's a cut throat style between all the sales reps. Not here though. Other sales people would find an excuse to talk to us or ask us questions while our sales person was down on his knees making sure the car was shiny enough and cleaning every little thing on it.
While I am a Mercedes Guy. I will keep the new NSX in mind!
