Perfect every-time!!! I have no complaints. Chris Brooks is ALWAYS exceptional in his customer service and I trust whatever he suggests. I have never been steered wrong by him. He left King Acura for a period of time and I was not happy. Since he has returned the service is 100%!!!
Let me start by saying that Coen Ezelle is not your typical salesman. There was no pressure to buy - just gave me the information he had about the vehicle, including the CARFAX, and answered my questions. Richard Croy, the sales manager, was also available to answer any questions that Coen could not. We closed the deal in less than 24 hours.
My wife and I had done our research and knew exactly what car we wanted and this enabled us to make a quick decision after we located the vehicle at King Acura. We plan to retire next year and we decided that a good used car would look much better parked at our beach house than a new (insert luxury brand here) would look parked outside of our work office, which is where we would be for the next 5-6 years trying to pay for a new car:)
