My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

I recently purchased a used car from this dealership. The staff was incredible but I would like to mention my sales contact Matt Randall. Matt was assigned to me after an online inquiry through cars.com. You never know who you are going to get but I was truly blessed to have him assigned to me. The vehicle I inquired about was unfortunately out of my price/credit range due to a recent medical episode that had set me behind in many areas. When I explained my situation to Matt, he and the GFA team went to work on finding me another car. Actually, I know I like their recommendation better than my first choice. Competent and professional-Repairs were done in a timely fashion-The fast lane facility was a comfortable waiting area with bathrooms that were close and accessible-Overall a good experience

Great bang for the buck. I went with the Advanced package. Lots of convenience features like heated steering wheel, automatic dimming hi beams, adaptive cruise control, etc. Touch screen would be nice but I use Android Auto so most of what I do is voice command. Regardless, the touch pad is pretty easy to learn. Handles great. Sport Mode is fun to drive with SH-AWD and Adaptive Suspension. Looked at Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus and Infinity. Reliability was near the top of my list so that eliminated Infinity and the 3 German cars. Just put $4500 into my wife's BMW for various repairs and wanted to try to avoid doing that with my SUV. Also wanted something to last 200K or more. Liked the Lexus but even the F Sport left me feeling like I wasn't connected to the road. That was what I liked about the Acura, it was fun to drive.

I used to own Ikea before buying my Acura MDX November 2024. Mike Lowe was an amazing salesman, treated me and my husband with the utmost respect like we were the only people there. Bryce in service has been absolutely amazing every time I speak to him. Tony, Matt, and Liz in service. You can't get anybody bad. They are all fantastic. Gary Force is #1.

An Acura is a good car, and the price and features are luxury class and comparable to Audi, BMW, Lexus, Volvo, Infiniti, etc. But where you buy your car / service your car matters, and the Sterling McCall dealership is NOT recommended at all. I was treated 10x better at a Honda Dealership with my last purchase, yet an Acura was supposed to be a luxury or upgraded level of professional service; Not even close.

Best Ever. 260,000 miles. Faults, Front Axles and universal, good for 60,000 miles, P2263 check engine alarm due to part failure for turbo actuator. I have bought 6 front axles for this vehicle. It will not pass vehicle inspection with the check engine alarm.

I bought a 07 Camry paid for fine no problems of any and I sold it got great resale amount. Alex is great. I now am on my second Camry and no problems had car since 2012. This is a great place to go if you have some credit issues but have a job and a down paymeny. I have referred 5 ppl. I support Import Auto.

My third RDX.Purchased in 2018 Was the last year of the 6 cylinder.My first was 2008 turbo 4 cyl.awd.Great car and peppy.Second was 2013 6 cylinder.Even better than the 4 cyl turbo. Now 6 years into my 2018 rdx I have no regrets.Love the peppiness of the 6 cyl and I'm using Michelin Cross Climate 2's for 2/3 of the year and michelin iceX for winter driving in NH. I know I could get better gas mileage with a hybrid but am unwilling to go to a lesser performing vehicle. I never have dealer service but go to a local mechanic for all maintenance. I love this car! Has 105,000 miles.
