On Friday, 10JULY2020, I went into Hall Acura because I wanted to trade my 2016 Dodge Charger and wanted to explore some options. I worked with Katt Kirk, who immediately took interest in what I wanted instead of what she wanted to sell me. Within 2 hours and 3 options later, she had me hooked on a 2017 Acura MDX. The next day, I returned and opened the door to get some numbers going. Both Katt and the Hall Acura staff were incredibly generous with my trade-in value and Katt went out of her way to make certain that I wasn’t going to bury myself. She truly looked after my best interest and worked her knowledge and professionalism to ensure (even with no additional money down) that i got the best deal. Just bought an RDX spaceship from these guys. The absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. In more than 50 years. Sebastion, our salesman, was incredible. Spent an enormous amound of time explaining the car's thousands of features, and made all the settings, etc. he thought we would want. Even helped out the next day via facetime when we forgot how some of them worked. And then called AGAIN the next day to make sure we didn't have more questions!!! When's the last time that ever happenned to you? Elson, his manager? More of the same. No BS, no haggling, reasonable on every issue and request; cuts righ to the chase. Found out he jogs near our home and actually invited him to stop by for coffee. When has that ever happenned? Rashard? Continued the same great service. Looking for a car? These are the guys to see.

2024 Acura RDX review
I have owned my 2024 Acura RDX for 2.5 years and I have totally enjoyed it. I owned a 2022 before this one and they offer the most comfortable and smooth ride that I have experienced. I will by an RDX again if I decide to upgrade. They hold their value. My paint and interior are still in excellent condition.

2022 Acura RDX review
Great bang for the buck. I went with the Advanced package. Lots of convenience features like heated steering wheel, automatic dimming hi beams, adaptive cruise control, etc. Touch screen would be nice but I use Android Auto so most of what I do is voice command. Regardless, the touch pad is pretty easy to learn. Handles great. Sport Mode is fun to drive with SH-AWD and Adaptive Suspension. Looked at Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus and Infinity. Reliability was near the top of my list so that eliminated Infinity and the 3 German cars. Just put $4500 into my wife's BMW for various repairs and wanted to try to avoid doing that with my SUV. Also wanted something to last 200K or more. Liked the Lexus but even the F Sport left me feeling like I wasn't connected to the road. That was what I liked about the Acura, it was fun to drive.

2022 Acura RDX review
My PMC edition is #66 of only 200 made. The NSX color of Long Beach Blue is unique to the RDX PMC and looks fabulous. This mid-size SUV does everything well. I'd find it hard to have made a better choice for myself. And, I am a former NSX owner as well

2024 Acura RDX review
An Acura is a good car, and the price and features are luxury class and comparable to Audi, BMW, Lexus, Volvo, Infiniti, etc. But where you buy your car / service your car matters, and the Sterling McCall dealership is NOT recommended at all. I was treated 10x better at a Honda Dealership with my last purchase, yet an Acura was supposed to be a luxury or upgraded level of professional service; Not even close.

This last Friday I went to Rick McGill Toyota to look at buying a used 2004 Ford F150 that I had talked to Siera about. I drove the truck and looked it over and decided to buy even though it had a check engine light on. On Saturday morning I had the computer checked and the reason for the light was a timing issue with the fix being timing chains replacement or engine replacement. I don't believe anyone at the dealership knew for sure because it had just recently been traded in. So, I went straight back to the dealership, even though I had made the deal on Friday along with all the paperwork....the truck was mine. I asked to talk to someone in charge and Rick McGill came over and talked to me. He was very concerned that the situation even happend and wanted to help. He kept the truck and gave me a loaner for the weekend. They called me on Monday afternoon and said they would not be able to sell me that truck and wanted me to come back and talk to them about a different truck and gave me a 2010 Ford f150 4wd....a truck that was 6 years newer than the one I brought back. To make a long story short, I made several friends over the last 6 days. Have a super honest dealship that I will return to in years to come and left there this afternoon feeling great.. If you don't give Rick McGill a shot, you are doing a disservice to yourself and your car buying expierence. I now own the 2010 F150 and my payment only went up by 29.00. I am writing this in the best mood I have ever been in when I have had to deal with a car dealership. Do yourself a favor.....go see John Bushmann....my salesperson and get the highest level of respect from a dealership that has shown that they really care. From OWNER, to FINANCE MANAGER. to SALESMAN. these folks know how to treat their customers.

Haven't purchased a new car to me in over 8 years. Searched numerous used car sights looking for a large SUV. Saw a 2015 on their sight on a Thursday, contacted them (Jacob) on Friday. Explained I lived over an hour away and if I drove out to test drive I needed to know my terms and approval prior to leaving my house. Jacob and the finance team gave me an answer within an hour!! Drove out, seamless buying experience, they even gave me a "we owe" on a problem with the stereo. Just got my Navigator back after THEY spent close to a $1,000 to make it right!! I had a loaner free of charge the whole time 5 star rating from me for the way they treat potential and actual customers! Give Jacob in used car center a call! He knows how to treat his customers right!

2024 Acura RDX review
One of the main reasons I was interested in the RDX was its safety ratings and features. I am very pleased with those features and warning, I think they work well. I like the way the RDX looks and drives. I thought I would miss it not being a 6 cylinder engine but the 4 cylinder turbo is fine. I’m very happy with my RDX.
