Overall a great vehicle inside and out. Powerful motor for just a 4 cylinder engine. Quiet interior while driving. Soft and cushy seats. Large panoramic sunroof. Only downside is the trackpad for the infotainment system. Would prefer a touch screen. Extremely happy with this vehicle.

Oil change was needed, I had a maintenance plan that I purchased from the dealer. It was done in under 90 minutes.

After a horrible experience shopping for a BMW M760i remotely from Car Connection in Georgia, I had the exact opposite dealing with David Leon at CJ Auto Group. I have bought cars from out-of state 4 times previously. I know how this process should go. First things first. An independent dealer friend of mine taught me: if you see a trade-in at a major dealer (Ford, Audi, Mercedes, BMW, etc) and they want to sell it themselves? THAT car is a creampuff. They only keep the ones that require no work, and can turn around with no issues. The ones that look worn, or have issues, they auction off to smaller independent dealers like his dealership. Only occasionally do they auction off a trade-in that is a winner. In the case of the independent dealers, sometimes you get some good ones at auction. Sometimes you don't. Georgia's, Car Connection's M760i was one of the unfortunate buys. And they gave me a bunch of crap when I told them I was not interested anymore. CJ Auto Group is just such an independent dealer and they have to be more careful when buying cars at auction. In the case of the lovely 12k mile 2018 BMW M760i I bought from them, they had scored a winner! The interior was basically perfect. Since the all-Merino-leather interior was an almost-white beige, I was worried before I got there even thought I had pictures from David of items I asked him to shoot for me, but...it looks flawless in person. David was smooth, easy to work with and no-pressure the whole time. He accommodated my request for a walk-around video and then, some additional pictures, a week before I expressed real interest. I had an old friend of a friend inspect it the day before I came, to ensure it did not smell like smoke (always ask your inspector if THEY smoke, or they cannot help you) and how the car looked, generally. He was an old enough guy he had no idea how to take pics and send them over email, but I trusted my source, and CJ allowed him to do his job. Once I drove the 6 hours it took for me to get there, the car was ready, freshly washed and looking fantastic. After all the research I had done, weeks of asking for pictures and follow ups from 3 dealers, once I saw it in person, I knew I was buying it before I even test-drove it. I just wanted David to explain some of the car's tech to me. I would consider CJ again, if I wanted them to look for something special for me at auction, that I don't have access to. And if it happens to be in stock already, of course I would buy from them again!

4 moths and 4000 miles, a few rattles have developed, nothing significant, I got used to the touchpad interface and find it to be "just fine" as I typically use CarPlay and do most of my audio control from the steering wheel. The car is peppy, comfy and the audio system is STELLAR.

Great bang for the buck. I went with the Advanced package. Lots of convenience features like heated steering wheel, automatic dimming hi beams, adaptive cruise control, etc. Touch screen would be nice but I use Android Auto so most of what I do is voice command. Regardless, the touch pad is pretty easy to learn. Handles great. Sport Mode is fun to drive with SH-AWD and Adaptive Suspension. Looked at Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus and Infinity. Reliability was near the top of my list so that eliminated Infinity and the 3 German cars. Just put $4500 into my wife's BMW for various repairs and wanted to try to avoid doing that with my SUV. Also wanted something to last 200K or more. Liked the Lexus but even the F Sport left me feeling like I wasn't connected to the road. That was what I liked about the Acura, it was fun to drive.

Jeff made the process very friendly and low pressured and informative. I was very comfortable dealing with Jeff and felt sure I was well informed and knew I was getting a good deal from a good guy. The manager, Gary Yegiazaryan, the sales manager, was also great to work with in agreeing the deal and Alton Ho in finance made the process of the paperwork clear and simple. Great work from a great team at a great dealership.

This car was comfortable, reliable, fun to drive, and very practical. It was a lease, and I only drove it for 2 years before being approached by the dealer to upgrade into a 2021. I wanted initially to get the A-Spec which looks great, but they didn't have my color selection, so I decided on the 2021 TLX A-Spec. instead. Also great car, but the RDX was much more comfortable and practical, and had less noise issues...

Maybe the best experience I've ever had at a used car dealer...friendly, no upsell, a strong selection of cars, and a great price. I am recommending them to everyone I know that's looking for a car.

This car has been incredibly reliable. I have only ever done regularly scheduled maintenance on it, and just passed 126K miles. While it doesn't have the bells and whistles of newer models, I'm tempted to drive it for another 100K because it's been such a workhorse. Cargo space is good for our one kid family, but if you have a large family, large dog or need to travel with a lot of gear, you may want to consider the MDX. For us, this is just right. Good sound system. Better gas mileage than earlier versions of this car that had a turbo engine. You won't regret buying an Acura SUV!

Easy fast and economic it took me 2 hours to get my oil change and my car left much cleaner than when I came in. They were able to find out what was going on with my tires and fixed the sensor I didn't even know I was covered. Thank goodness my advisor checked to save me some extra cash. Perfect for the holidays.

With only 74,000 miles in the odometer I can say nothing has ever broken in my RDX. It’s super reliable. Oil changes as cheap at the dealership and the car never complaints. Strong V6 that doesn’t have to deal with the long term reliability issues if the boosted turbos of today. No oil consumption problems. No leaks. No noises. The car still looks and feels like it came out of the lot. Will keep it until I can no longer drive.

Nice looking, comfortable interior, strong engine, good shifting, great hatchback that holds a lot. Only real disappointment is the GPS system; it really is ancient and hard to use. Overall the car is reliable and feels like it could drive forever.

Had a wonderful experience at California Beemers Teslers from start to finish. Upon walking into the dealership on a Thursday night we were greeted by Tiffany Salerno, who was very energetic and upbeat from the start. She showed us a Model 3 I had seen on their website, I had only ever test driven one the day before and did not know much about the vehicle. Tiffany took the time to show us all of the settings and features that the vehicle included, I had done my homework but without Tiffany I would have been pretty lost in all of the controls and customizable settings. After the test drive we went in to see what their in house financing looked like even though I was pretty set on going through with my credit union. Shockingly, they were right about at what my credit union and other banks were offering so we went with them! Rich in finance was very kind and made the process easy and painless, he described everything in detail, and came out one last time before we left to bid us farewell. It provides comfort like no car that I owned before. It's almost like floating. I have get used to all the bells and whistles. There's a lot of them. I'm happy with my purchase.
