Have bought several vehicles here before. Salesman great, service department good, facilities nice......the worst financing experience. Go get your own from other source. Terrible...rude..unprofessional....Did my research before I got there ....I knew the interest rates....was given a high rate with an 800 credit score..??? Are you serious????? when I questioned him, attitude, defense and rudeness set in...I went and got my own financing at the rate he told me wasn’t even available or possible, all within an hour. I have never been talked to like that in any dealership and I have owned many different kinds of vehicles in my many years of buying....not to say I am old, but I am not a rookie or first time buyer by any means.
Usually, when you have a bad outcome, people bash the service provider, but not in this case. I wasn't able to get approved without a down payment for a car. But I would like to take out the time and Thank Marcus England from the upmost, for the outstanding customer service, he has been giving me for the past 2 weeks. If you ever need a car, with challenging credit, please contact CarMax Fort worth. Marcus and the fantastic Finance team tried very hard to get me approved. I didn't get a car but the Customer Service shows that CarMax out value in there employees.

I called Ryan on a Saturday morning about a particular car I saw online. He said he would pull it up front for me to come drive. Upon arrival, the car was there as promised. I drove it and some other cars in the same price point or a bit cheaper. I ultimately decided on the first car. They had done their inspection and replaced a number of things. It was a 2009 Toyota Camry with about 44,000 miles on it. They had replaced all four tires with brand new ones. I definitely feel like I got a very good car and I appreciated the way they conducted their business.
Fantastic service! This is my second time to purchase a used car from them. I went back because I trust them! My first car purchase needed some minor repairs and they toke care of it right away. I just purchased my daughters first car and they also serviced it before we drove it off the lot. Never anything wrong with a used car when you know you are taken care of. Happy teen=Happy Mom!

Rami did a great job helping me make the best decision for me and my family. Although i took awhile to decide, I did not feel rushed or pressured into purchasing just any car. These are good guys who tried really hard to get me into a good car. My height and leg length made it difficult, but I was shown several great cars that just didn't fit. The one that did I decided against because it was a luxury car, and I didn't want that route. But, all the folks here are great.

Very nice low pressure buying experience. Whereas other dealers vehicle photos seemed not to match the vehicle when seen in person, the photos from Mondial were accurate. The description was accurate. The vehicle was very clean especially for an 7 year old vehicle. People who have ridden in it thought it was a newer vehicle. Sam and his son were very nice and answered all my questions. My wife, who was very skeptical, was impressed with the truck. If you are looking for a nice used vehicle, please go check them out.
