I love the way the RDX drives and feels. I just bought one with 13K miles on it and it looks brand new. The interior feels nice and not cheap. The seats are perfect for long drives and the heated seats are a must have. It has very capable horsepower when you need it. I love the 6 cyl. engine and the handling is amazing. It can turn on a dime and the steering is effortless.
My only complaint is the infotainment system. I feel like Acura could have put a better stereo system and a touch screen infotainment system in the car. I didn't get the Tech Package because I didn't like the navigation. It was not user friendly and wasn't a touch screen display. I feel like the price for the Tech Package wasn't worth it. Hopefully Acura will address this on their RDX models in the future.
Overall, I feel like I paid a great price for a luxury SUV that performs better than the competition. The interior and exterior is good quality and looks beautiful. Most of my friends that have BMWs were very impressed with my RDX. I hope it last me many years.
This car is gorgeous with a smooth and peppy ride. It handles great with a sporty feel. It has all the bells and whistles that one could want and the newest safety features.
A luxury car with all the goodies for a reasonable price. Comfortable, well appointed, economical to drive, classic styling, plenty zip on highway. Highly under rated car.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

We absolutely love this car! It is the sport wagon version of the TSX and it has great performance as well as super spacious for being a sport car. We love the style of the outside and the inside is very sleek and comfortable. It has lots of ports for different options for listening to music or connecting a device all hidden from the initia view but still easy to find and manage. We are very pleased and happy with our purchase.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

Carvana has the most Happy & Helpful Reps. I have ever dealt with. I called a LOT leading up to my delivery, One poor guy was on the phone with me for nearly an hour trying to deal with my bank (it was fully automated and difficult), but the entire time he remained happy and kept chatting with me as we got through the process, I felt important and extremely valued. Anywhere else would have just put me on hold for ten minutes at a time, but not my new friends at Carvana! The entire Experience - from browsing online, to the first test drive - was very enjoyable ! This one owner car is the most comfortable car I've ever owned. And possibly might not ever own anything else. From the comfy seats to the comfort setting of the steering wheel (there's a sport option too if you prefer that) driving this is a breeze! Let's talk about safety. This is my second MDX. I was struck by a driver who rolled a stop sign in my first just two months after buying it. I was traveling down a 55 mph road going about 60. The car was totaled, but I didn't even have a scratch. Yet another reason I may never drive another vehicle. Love the way this car looks & drives. You can't go wrong with an Acura MDX!

This is how buying a car is supposed to be. Go online, get qualified, see the terms upfront, pick any car you like and then have it delivered to your doorstep. If you don't like it for ANY reason, you can return it in 7 days, no questions asked. You can either choose another car or just give it back. My BMW i3 was exactly as they described it (it even had additional options they didn't mention). I cannot emphasize enough how this is the future of car buying. No more dealership 'let me talk to the manager' games and wasted time. Also, the customer service was incredible. The girl that delivered my car at 11:30 am exactly as promised, was super friendly and showed a genuine interest in any concerns I expressed. There were some small blemishes on the interior and they sent out a car detailer to treat the problem. I was extremely impressed. She also promised a little care package and to my surprise, I received a FedEx package a few days later from Carvana packed with goodies! If you have ANY hesitation - don't - my Carvana experience was FANTASTIC!

Went on TrueCar.Com searching SUV’s. One of the dealer listings were Radley Acura went to site and saw just what I was looking for an Acura MDX. This truck is awesome Black Copper Pearl exterior and interior is Brown/Chocolate. I absolutely love this vehicle. I claimed the offer got there and everything was hassle free. I was nervous at first because I didn’t know what to expect and I thought it was going to be like other experiences elsewhere just being told and sold. But here at Radley that was not the case, I met a great group of sales person, managers, and financing. From the door out everything was simple and straight forward. What made this experience even BETTER was Mr. Jordan Jenkins (Finance Manager at Radley). Mr. Jenkins omgee was more than awesome if I could give him 10 stars I would. I mean he made the financing process so easy and smooth, he knows his stuff awesome job. He treated me like family as I seen his reaction with anyone he came in contact with. He’s awesome!!! He even came in on his day off to complete my paperwork and to ensure that everything went accordingly. Now that's dedication and what a customer looks for to be treated like your cared about, I got that and more. He was very professional, friendly and all-around cool guy. I have driven cars and big trucks for 30 years, 17 mdx top of the line has the worst ride. I want to turn this back in , for my 04 grand caravan or 87 sentra. It’s AC and seats are great. This is the first car that has ever made me seasick with bouncing and pitching. I drove others, they were not this bad. Will go to the third dealer to see if they can fix. Also, the single reason I won’t buy an acura??? Unless bought at that dealer, the dealer staff does not want to help even if you have a $ 60 k mdx and got service their. Lexus has staff specifically to help with whom you can appt or just walk in. Why has Honda allowed this in Acura ??? I want to support Honda and Acura, but if I need a little help, their dealers should spend a little time
Sean is very courteous and knowledgeable, which made our car shopping experience a positive one. (I usually dislike talking to car salesmen and their manager as it feels like such a fake act. I mean, why can't we just get to the bottom line?) But, with Sean, I felt like we worked with someone with integrity who was truly humble throughout the process. He spent at least 20 minutes going over the various features and having me practice them so I would know the basics before driving off. (I bought the technology package so there is quite a bit to learn.)
A good experience! Paid for my car on the spot. Imber Rojas helped us so much, I love my new (used) car. He wasn't pushy and annoying like the typical car salesman. What a champ. Oh, and the free soda machine is rad.

Great spacing and amenities inside. Disappointed with gas mileage and the fact that parking sensors are not standard with the tech package. Great third row spacing.
My husband and I just purchased our Chevy Silverado. Miguel and Walid was extremely helpful and patient with us guided us made it easy to make the decision on the truck. Unlike other dealers there's no push sales and everyone is very friendly and upbeat.

Good power and that’s basically the only thing this car has to offer.
I had 2015 Pilot before, thinking that going to MDX was an upgrade. In reality not so much.
Interior is cramped. No window opening in the back tailgate. Not much storage in it vs Pilot.
Bunch of electric issues. I work in IT for a living but I tell you this car has too many buttons in console. Turning on AC is like launching space rocket. Overall bad interior design all together.
Another issue is sluggish transmission. In a parking lot or a mall going to reverse and forward just drive you crazy.
For the money this car cost, there are better options out there.
These people actually work hard and go the extra mile to help you & I love my new car!

I’ve had a few Acuras, some purchased and some leased. This one is a lease and I plan on keeping it. It is gorgeous and roomy. It has great features, but most important, it has the reliability I depend on. I love this car.
Love the modern and bright new facility. Snacks, water and coffee available while you wait. Plenty of plug ins to charge your computer or phone. Friendly and helpful staff!

Test drive a numeric cars and the MDX was our top choice
It went fine. I received a recall notice for my Rav4, called and booked an appointment a few days before. Upon arriving at the dealership (my first time there) I was directed to a shorter line for people with appointments, which I appreciated. Kimberly took down my information, got my keys and told me it would take about 2.5 hours. This seemed pretty long, since I was waiting for the car. But it turned out to be only a little over an hour, which was great. They had a little bit of a mixup trying to bring my car back to me after the repair...that took about 15 minutes, but the repair got done and I'm happy.
