An Acura is a good car, and the price and features are luxury class and comparable to Audi, BMW, Lexus, Volvo, Infiniti, etc. But where you buy your car / service your car matters, and the Sterling McCall dealership is NOT recommended at all. I was treated 10x better at a Honda Dealership with my last purchase, yet an Acura was supposed to be a luxury or upgraded level of professional service; Not even close.

Paid to have vehicle delivered from OKC to COS dealership before I purchased it. Was well worth the 4 days it took to arrive. I have yet to find a truck near the price I paid unless it has double the miles. No haggle price I thought was going to be a big deal, but it was the BEST deal. Call ahead before you walk in or have a salesman name ready, you will be greated by long lost friends (MANY) who want to sell you a car right now. Internet was the best way for me.

Wanted to make the change from myAudi A6 Quattro to an SUV, My wife has the Lexus 450h. After driving several models (mostly new) of SUVs, my research lead me to Acura and the 2017 MDX Sport Hybrid. I found only 5 in the entire nation and flew from CO to CA (Oakland Acura) to buy it. First off is Acura’s great CPO program. Next is the refined styling and features (I have the Advanced package). The hybrid engine is smooth and I get from 24-27 mpg in combined driving. The acceleration and shifting is very smooth (I think my wife likes my Acura better than her 450h as she is very complimentary of the vehicle when she get in). The adaptive cruise is OK but I find it a little awkward and I am OK not using for the few times I am on the open road. I find the engine shut off at stops to very responsive when I accelerate and I don’t even realize it is present (maybe that’s the benefit of the hybrid vs the non-hybrid model). The Sh-AWD works very well in the CO snow and I have no problems getting anywhere. Originally looked at other brands (Audi, BMW, Lexus) but glad I found Acura and the Sport Hybrid MDX. Would gladly buy again. One item of note is the Hybrid is NOT for towing! If you want to pull anything, might need something else.

I've been driving this SUV for 32 mos. and can say that I love the acceleration and overall handling. However,the suspension is not the best (they saved the best for the Type-S). The gas mileage is just ok but you are driving a great sounding V6 versus a screaming 4-cyl. turbo. I never liked the look of prior generations and was very surprised by the stunning styling of this generation. I'm fine with the infotainment pad, it works great except for the phone charging pad which is junk. I could go either way for a touchscreen but I think that may be more distracting

The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.

I have a 2013 RDX with the technology package and I now have 92,000 miles on it and it still the best car around I install performance brakes and rotors all around and 245 60 18 tires

Very very reliable daily driver, this car should run forever! It’s fast, handles well, and looks great! And gets great gas mileage! GPS is difficult to use.

I bought a 2014 RLX Acura is comfortable the back seat is sooo roomy. The Italian leathers seats are very soft best leather I’ve seen in a car. Rides soo smooth but it’s all about the tires. I took out extra warranty when I bought car. There is a recall on rear actuators I had mines replace. I will stay in the Acura family. I’m so sorry they stop making RLX in 2021 what a luxury car. The best Acura ever made and haven’t made another luxury car since.

This SUV is awesome. It is surprising how comfortable and roomy is yet maneuvers so well in tight spaces like parking lots. It has a 3rd row seating which I will not likely ever use but it lays completely flat, so there is no loss of room. The rear area has plenty of room for 4 bags of golf clubs. We drove it to Las Vegas from SoCal last weekend and are really pleased with it.

Easily the best buying experience I've ever gone through. I knew what I wanted, I knew what I wanted to pay, and I was in and out in 2 hours, trading in my old lease for a new one I loved. I had a very positive experience buying a car and having another car serviced by Cruise Autos. In both cases they were both knowledgeable and practical in helping me to get value and reliable performance for my time and money spent. I have been doing ride-share and light delivery work for the past few years for outfits like Uber, Amazon and Grubhub, using an older Prius which I had been keeping in good condition. When it was hit and presumably totaled, according to the insurance company, I needed another car quickly. Cruise Autos had a replacement, with low miles and clean records that I liked a lot. I was able to test drive the car, have my questions answered and take it to Toyota for an inspection (at my cost) and we quickly agreed on a fair price. I've done regular maintenance and had no trouble with this very reliable car. Once I had paid for the car, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and well Marco processed the paperwork so I could take delivery of the car. He led me to the local car rental office so I could drop off my rental on the same afternoon, saving me an inconvenient trip. However more surprisingly, from pictures that I had shown him of my old "wrecked" car, Marco was convinced that he could fix it affordably and well, mechanical parts and body as needed. He even offered to buy the car, at much more than a wrecker would pay, if he could not. We went through a rough parts list and texted back and forth for a day or so. Since I had tow miles accumulated from AAA it was a simple matter to send him the car, and he was as good as his word. In about two weeks the car was repaired, running and looking as good or better than before the accident. So I now have two good reliable "working" cars that let me take care of all my driving needs. It's very rare that you find someone with such integrity and I'm looking forward to giving Cruise Autos more work to do in maintaining my cars. Thanks Marco.

I am usually skeptical about small used car lots but I went in to see a used Honda Civic. The Owner was very friendly. The car was in perfect condition with new tires, I looked for a car for 2 weeks and this one was the best deal, Thanks Marco !!!

My wife came into our marriage with this car. I thought she overpaid for it as it was just a honda civic but we definitely got our money's worth. We took this car all over the western US. 18hr road trips in one day. The We put 70k miles on it in two years and then sold it to get something bigger. Never did anything to the motor except spark plugs at 100k miles and regular oil changes. An AWESOME car. Would buy another in a heart beat if the fam could fit.

My wife and I absolutely Love our RDX. Unfortunately we recently had a mechanical issue and the part is on back order, 3 weeks later and still no part. So our vehicle is great but not sure about corporate??????

Own a 2012 tsx SE. The car is great,but have issues upon start up with a loud rattle lasting for about 2 seconds or so,oil starving the engines VTC (valve timing control). This could be an expensive fix without a warranty, for the cam would have to be changed, and I'm sure any good mechanic would just tell you to replace the timing chain as well, the chain guides, and hydraulic tensioner. I must as I've read on this issue its every model from 2004-2014. The main reason I've seen on this issues is lack of proper oil level kept or lack of oil changes. Over all so far a solid car.

My experience there was good. I went to go look at a honda accord. But I felt in love with the Toyota Camry. Everyone was nice and offered me and my mother water. I really appreciate that everyone there has good customer service.

LOVE my TSX ! I bought it used w/ 80000 miles , but the car drives like a new car . Very Solid feeling , handles very well even in the snow ! Very quiet and comfortable. Performance is there if you need it ( 200 HP 4cyl V-TEC ENGINE ) , but gets GREAT gas mileage , I'm averaging 27 MPG in suburban/city driving , I bet I could get over 30 on the highway . Everything about the car is high-end, and the materials and fit and finish are top notch. ( made in Japan ... ) I highly recommend the TSX .

Mina was great to work with for the recent purchase of our 2015 Ford F-250. He was easy to talk to and was quick to answer all of our questions. He provided us with lots of options for extended warranties and gap insurance for our purchase. The pictures of the vehicle I looked at prior to our visit were proven true when we saw the vehicle in person. I was a bit nervous making a large vehicle purchase from an independent dealer but felt very comfortable with our purchase after talking with Mina.
