I was ready to go to a smaller car after driving SUV's and this car was perfect. Excellent handling, quality built, extra safety features, beautifully styled interior, truly a luxury to drive! It's a 4 door but feels like a little sports car.

I love this car. I upgraded from a Hyundai Veloster - I prefer small to mid-sized cars and this was the perfect size for me. I spend about 75% of the time in the car alone, but have drive over 600 miles each way on a trip with 4 total adults and there is more than enough room.
The car is very responsive, has all the gadgets I need - may I need some more cup holders.
I don't see myself selling this car anytime soon - I usually get a new one ever 3-4 years, but this is a keeper.
Repeat customer at the Autobarn VW. The staff there will make every effort to earn your business while maintaining a low pressure environment. Very accommodating and certainly competitive regarding pricing and valuation of any vehicle you may wish to trade. The actual business transaction is seamless and efficient, although I wish this could be completed in one step (ie the sales consultant processes the paperwork) as other dealerships now do. Patrick McDonald is fanstastic. He listens, provides answers, and is genuinely interested in making the experience positive. Will definitely consider the Autobarn for my next vehicle purchase again.

Great front seats for 2, with a small rear jump seat ok for a couple of young kids or dogs. This A3 has all the options and is an absolute blast to drive.

The vehicle is good but a complete mess when it comes to service and reliability. I purchased Audi care the service you get is very unpleasant most recently at Audi Candler it took two days for an oil change which is unacceptable. They even tried to bill me for the service I already paid for.
The car itself has good style but performance is problematic. The rear tires of A3 and A4 wear unevenly and the shops even Audi dealers dont know how to fix the recurring problem. When you take it in the dealers typically tell you to drive less or get more frequent alignments. No other car i have or my family required alignments 3 times a year or every 4k miles. The headlights also fall out of alignment but follow up customer service means I will never buy another Audi

Although it was a full day commitment at the end of the day I returned my leased car & renewed a new, smaller car that fit my needs better with the changes in my family (kids off to college). I???m happy with the new purchase & glad I was pretty seamlessly finished with my previous lease through ???pull forward??? option. At the same time I have many new safety features but maintained all of my ???premium??? package with Audi care and tire & rim program.
We received excellent service from Calvin on our first visit in with our 2018 Q5. There were a few recalls that were taken care of as well as oil change and realignment. The work was done on schedule and I love the Uber provided after drop off.
Jorge helped me out with everything I needed and answered all of my questions. He even went out of his way to provide me with some quotes for accessories that I am planning to purchase. I'll be bringing my Q7 to Fletcher for service going forward. So far the best service center I've seen and the friendliest staff.
This car has minimal features but the performace exceeds my expectations. The pleasure of driving it is amazing for a entry level luxury car. Also the car is quick for a 1.8L engine, gas saver etc. I love this car.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I came out of a 2014 A4 Quattro that was a dream vehicle until someone ran a red light, totaling it, and still undecided about the A5, I went with the A3 1.8T (I was driving many miles for work and wanted something with great mileage). For the money, it's a very good car. However, I had a coolant leak which has been wreaking havoc on my electrical system. The car has been in the shop 5 times in last 90 days. Still waiting to see what the dealer will be doing, but I really want another A3, this time with Quattro, as they're made better than the front wheel drives and I want another A3 because I think the styling is better than the new A4's. Plus, the car is a blast to drive. Audi has the best handling in my opinion, and I've owned both Mercedes and BMW's.
I've had around 20 vehicles in the past decade or so. My experience at Continental Audi was everything you would expect from a highline dealer and more. My Audi Brand Specialist, Gonzalo, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive without a trace of pushy sales tactics. He and the Business Manager, Josh, did a fantastic job working with me to get the deal done remotely as I don't live in Chicagoland. I had originally asked to have my credit app sent to a specific lender that I have a relationship with, and Josh was able to save me over 1% on my interest rate after he called me to let me know a different lender had been more competitive with rates lately. That man knows his stuff!
I purchased a CPO vehicle, so I definitely was not a big spender as far as Audi customers go, but the dealership treated me like royalty.

Pretty car but

I bought a 2016 A3 convertible premium plus package. While it is very stylish and pretty car. Inside there is no voice activation and Siri on apple phones gets shut off every time phone syncs to car . Also no power seats. It was A pricey car for the little options you get. Performance and style are the two big winners with this car.
Great dealership to deal with. Would recommend highly. Very nice people to deal with, they go above and beyond and respond very quickly. Answered all questions. This dealer gets 5 stars.

Inside and out this car was sleek, stylish and offered a range of amenities and comfort. Quattro all wheel drive made driving capability safer and more reliable in winter weather conditions as well as in rain and wind. Love the interface and technology Audi brings to the forefront! Looking for my next car to be another Audi. Highly recommend as an entry level luxury vehicle!

I would say best audi model yet!
I never take the time to write reviews but Audi of Naperville deserves it! We bought a used SUV from here recently with John Z. he was great to deal with! He never made us feel pressured and even went above and beyond to contact the previous owner of the car we were purchasing to see if they had an item that went with the car. I hate the whole car buying process but with much research on the car we were purchasing we got a great deal and walked away happy with our SUV and the experience!
