I worked with John and Rosie as well as a young tech guy. I found them each easy to work with as well as honest and friendly. The car I was buying had just come in with a bad tire but they changed it out for me. I drove from Austin to buy my car and I am glad I did! Totally worth the drive.
Everyone they're treated me with the utmost respect very professional wonderful atmosphere very courteous communication was top-notch would highly recommend and Justin was fabulous. Delilah was very sweet and very professional.

I love this car. I upgraded from a Hyundai Veloster - I prefer small to mid-sized cars and this was the perfect size for me. I spend about 75% of the time in the car alone, but have drive over 600 miles each way on a trip with 4 total adults and there is more than enough room.
The car is very responsive, has all the gadgets I need - may I need some more cup holders.
I don't see myself selling this car anytime soon - I usually get a new one ever 3-4 years, but this is a keeper.
I was talking to another dealer about buying a 2018 GTI, but they gave me the run around constantly (oh it doesn't include our add-ons, oh it includes every incentive, etc.). I walked into Hendrick and made it known I wanted a new GTI. After an initial lowball on my trade-in they easily matched it and lowered the price on theirs below the other dealer. They made the buying process simple and easy. Plus they (the dealer) covers the first 10K service which VW no longer does . Another plus. Finance was pushy to sell their stuff, but it wasn't too bad. Overall I'd give them a 4.5/5.
Finding a new car is so stressful especially when having to do it in a hurry. Mo really helped us through the process. When I wanted to tear my hair out he along with my fiance really calmed me down. I will definitely come back and recommend.
salesman rep was fantastic, showed me the car and test drove with me. No pressure compared to new car stores. Victor in Finance was great and explained everything completely to me where I can understand. Have never had anyone explain about financing to me like that. Will highly recommend to my friends and Family.

I was ready to go to a smaller car after driving SUV's and this car was perfect. Excellent handling, quality built, extra safety features, beautifully styled interior, truly a luxury to drive! It's a 4 door but feels like a little sports car.
This is a great Place to buy a Used Vehicle. My sale person Aaron, was very honest and helped me with financing my Vehicle. They have so many Vehicles with great prices. I don't buy cars everyday , I have been in big dealerships and they wanted to charge extra fees and this and that, But Aaron old me from begging that they don't have any of those fees.

I came out of a 2014 A4 Quattro that was a dream vehicle until someone ran a red light, totaling it, and still undecided about the A5, I went with the A3 1.8T (I was driving many miles for work and wanted something with great mileage). For the money, it's a very good car. However, I had a coolant leak which has been wreaking havoc on my electrical system. The car has been in the shop 5 times in last 90 days. Still waiting to see what the dealer will be doing, but I really want another A3, this time with Quattro, as they're made better than the front wheel drives and I want another A3 because I think the styling is better than the new A4's. Plus, the car is a blast to drive. Audi has the best handling in my opinion, and I've owned both Mercedes and BMW's.
Our salesman was nice, not 100% honest, but I expect that. We went this dealer for one particular car, based off of online advertisement. The price was fair, but the car wasn't for me. It had been in a front end collision that didn't show up on the Carfax report. This fact was hidden by the dealer, so there was no deception. I just think it could have been repaired a lot cleaner, to where the previous damage would have been undetectable. I considered buying it and fixing it correctly because I really liked the car . Low mileage, good CARFAX report and as mentioned earlier, the price was right. The deal breaker was the strong smell of cigarettes inside and the JB Weld used to repair the headlight bracket. In retrospect, those things weren't that bad, and likely could have been fixed. I just didn't want to finance something that I'd have to eventually repair to make to my standard.
Since the first conversation, Keith was very helpful! Answering, all my questions, etc. When we got to the Dealership, he was Gentleman from the first handshake! He spent as much time as we needed to feel comfortable about our purchase! Keith, even helped us with directions to motels and restaurants as well!! I have called Keith during the sale and ALWAYS responsive with in an hour!!! I will definitely, recommend e-one car to my family and friends! Thanks, for the EXCELLENT service! This car has minimal features but the performace exceeds my expectations. The pleasure of driving it is amazing for a entry level luxury car. Also the car is quick for a 1.8L engine, gas saver etc. I love this car.
The vehicle is good but a complete mess when it comes to service and reliability. I purchased Audi care the service you get is very unpleasant most recently at Audi Candler it took two days for an oil change which is unacceptable. They even tried to bill me for the service I already paid for.
The car itself has good style but performance is problematic. The rear tires of A3 and A4 wear unevenly and the shops even Audi dealers dont know how to fix the recurring problem. When you take it in the dealers typically tell you to drive less or get more frequent alignments. No other car i have or my family required alignments 3 times a year or every 4k miles. The headlights also fall out of alignment but follow up customer service means I will never buy another Audi

He gave me his honest opinion when I wa storm between two different vehicles! He walked us through everything, personally! Made sure the car was perfect and even surprised me with a bow on it! Inside and out this car was sleek, stylish and offered a range of amenities and comfort. Quattro all wheel drive made driving capability safer and more reliable in winter weather conditions as well as in rain and wind. Love the interface and technology Audi brings to the forefront! Looking for my next car to be another Audi. Highly recommend as an entry level luxury vehicle!

Pretty car but

I bought a 2016 A3 convertible premium plus package. While it is very stylish and pretty car. Inside there is no voice activation and Siri on apple phones gets shut off every time phone syncs to car . Also no power seats. It was A pricey car for the little options you get. Performance and style are the two big winners with this car.
