Professional, Businesslike Service

Visited using Rick Howell as my service advisor for my first scheduled maintenance on my 2017 Toyota. I liked the online scheduling of my appointment at a time of my choosing with prearrangement that I could wait for my vehicle to be serviced. Rick seemed personable, knowledgeable and professional. The operation is massive, but I still felt that Sterling McCall was genuinely interested in providing me the service I needed in a personal and professional manner. The vehicle didn't require much in the way of repairs but I did flag one additional issue in addition to the factory-suggested service for this stage in the vehicle's life. All work was completed and explained to me in a reasonable, as quoted time frame. I've had no chance to experience the consequent performance, since I was only there earlier today, but so far so good. Except for a lack of signage that made finding the service entrance a little difficult on this my first visit, this dealership gets high marks for my first time around.
