The Service Agent Marcus is so professional with a nice personal touch by providing assistance to my questions about the features. Plus the group all work together so there was no long wait when one agent is not available.
Ben was polite and let me know what my service entailed upfront. I received a text after my multipoint inspection that informed me what failed during the inspection, provided a description of the service and let me know the cost. Once I selected the additional services, the link let me know how much more time was needed. Ben called when my car was being washed and ready for pick up. It was great and easy.
Great price, great service. Johannes started the process on the phone and Sam made the rest easy. I was in quite a bind when I started the process and I am so glad I made the call. Will definitely be back.
Dillon was very informative and personal. One of the best car buying experience I ever had. Dillon had a lot of knowledge about my vehicle and called to see how everything was going and how I liked the car so far. He did not force me on anything and was looking out for my best interest. The experience in the service department in south loop Hyundai is awesome... I have been in other 3 service departments from hyundai and I drive 30 miles to get to this one because I know things will get done in a timely manner. Advisors are great and efficient.

WE had a great experiance, from the moment we arrived we were told that it would be a little bit of a wait, but it was'nt. We were paired with Nabeel and told He would take very good care of us. (And they were right)We were a little discouraged when we asked Nabeel for specific qualities in a Sorento and he said that they did not have it. He reinsured us that we were still in the right place. He took us for a test drive in a Metalic Green Sorento and Brian and I fell in LOVE. This car was almost the opposite of what we asked for and yet we were sooooo happy. Needless to say we left with a 2012 Green Metalic Kia Sorrento and we have'nt been Happier. Thank you so much for all you have done.

Michael from the get go was the most informant salesman I have ever delt with, worked with me on the price of the 2017 Jaguar f type that fit my wallet. Never was pushy or rude as some salesman can be. Stayed in contact with me thru all the paper work and never left me guessing !! Answered all questions for me with expertise and respect. He even offered to line up shipping for me since the Jaguar was being shipped too Salem Oregon.
