I never write reviews but I feel compelled to publicly recognize Vin Devers Autohaus for the amazing service we received on Friday, September 21, 2018. We had the glowplugs on our 2011 Sprinter-chassis based motorcoach replaced at a Mercedes dealer in St. Clair Shores, MI on Thursday, Sept. 20th. We were heading out of town for a weekend camping trip on Friday morning when suddenly we heard a whooshing sound and lost power. We found Vin Devers was the closest Mercedes dealer that serviced the Sprinter chassis. Our coach was in "limp" mode but we were able to get to Vin Devers. We pulled in and a service technician named Chris Micheaux immediately identified the issue which was a detached hose on our turbo diesel. He showed us the issue, got the repair done FAST, and we were back on the road to enjoy the weekend. What I really commend Chris for is that he stated the detached hose was related to the glow plug repair done at St. Clair Shores. He contacted the St. Clair Shores dealer and they covered the cost of the repair. That tells me Chris and the staff at Vin Devers have integrity. I think a lot of dealers might have just said "oh, too bad, this hose has become detached" and never attributed it to the repair that a fellow Mercedes dealer had done. I'm sure a lot of dealers would have been happy to charge me for a new repair. Thankfully we stumbled upon a dealer in Vin Devers that provides incredible customer service with integrity. Vin Devers Autohaus you have earned our business and we'll be happy to drive the hour from Michigan to have our Sprinter chassis serviced at your shop. And to anyone considering buying a Mercedes or Audi (as we are now), don't hesitate to buy it at Vin Devers, they understand the importance of customer service.

This is the first time I got the same car twice in a row. I loved my first Audi A3 so much that when my lease was up it wasn't even a question if I was going to get another one. My 2019 A3 is even more beautiful than my 2015 was.

Just purchased a 2013 Audi A4 from PricePRo. I saw it on the web site and immediately called. Z called and left a message. Z called me right back and lead me through the best buying experience I've ever had from that point forward. This is the first time purchasing a vehicle with PricePro as I have been buying from CarMax. Not only did they do better on price but the experience was fantastic as you deal with the same sales rep from start to finish all the way through financing. Z was very proactive throughout the entire process. I was able to complete the financing before arriving and he had me out of there within 30 minutes. Such a great guy. The dealership itself is clean, well presented and I noticed a great selection of vehicles. Give it a try, you won't be be dissapointed. And ask for Z. He's the man!

I think this car is definitely an amazing car to drive ..It has a lot of great technology and features a lot of features most vehicles of that class size don’t even offer yet .. I think the craftsmanship and styling is on par for the price point and I wouldn’t have any hesitation to purchase one !

As a lifelong resident of The Greater Toledo Area, I can safely say that Price Pro is an innovative place for purchasing a car! With the help of Joe Moreno,I was able to quickly get an in-person introdtuction to the car I had my eye on online. I LOVE this car. I was originally going to get an S3 but due to some timeline constraints, just went with the closest A model to my home that fit my desired specs. I have ZERO regrets! This thing is almost as fast as the S, looks and feels great, and handles like a dream. Audi makes some very impressive machines and this little guy is no exception. I've gotten so many compliments and when people drive my car, they squee in delight! The tiptronic and the sport mode really give you the oomph you need to get ahead and around other cars. The sunroof is HUGE! What a great little car!

I live in Novi, MI and have been looking for a low mileage 2013/2014 Chrysler Town & Country to replace my 2010 Town & Country with 122,000 miles. On the internet I found PricePro, saw they had 3 low mileage 2013 Town & Country's. After ready about them on the internet and their reviews I decided it was worth the drive. I worked with Z who took great care of me. He had me test drive 2 vans and showed me detailed reports on both that gave their history and a numerical rated. I bought one of them and got a great interest rate. I also bought an extended warranty that I thought had a good value. The bottom line is that it was well worth the drive. I got a good deal on the car I wanted, a fair value for my trade in, low interest financing and none of the typical run around you can experience when buying a car. Like most people I dread buying a car but found dealing with Z pleasant and professional.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Taking the Stress and Pain out of Car Shopping

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I posted this last week to Jason Perry who is Ketih Solomon's manager as well as Audi of America: ========================================================= Dear Mr. Perry: I wanted to write to you personally and express my sincere thanks to Keith Solomon for his steadfast support for my various Audi vehicles and his demonstrated commitment to customer service. I began working with Keith a number of years ago when I learned that his home residence was relatively close to my own in Michigan. Choosing not to work with Germain Audi of Ann Arbor, Keith was not only happy to work with me for periodic AudiCare maintenance, but was also willing to provide personalized concierge service to me including pickup / drop-off of my vehicle from my residence. Each time, Keith has always left a new vehicle; I have never been without transportation. Last year, I upgraded from an A5 Cabriolet to an S5 Cabriolet and encountered some issues with the front brake rotors/pads. Keith spoke to his representative at Audi to coordinate a replacement set of both, under warranty, to alleviate the loud squeaking noise that had manifested itself when braking. More recently, when the vehicle was being detailed, some of the anti-glare coating was removed from the navigation display screen. Once again, Keith was able to coordinate a replacement navigation screen for me under warranty due to this being a known issue with the display screen. He also was able to provide me with an Audi Q7 as a ???temporary??? vehicle which serves well as my wife and I are looking to upgrade her Volkswagen Touareg. Each time I have engaged Keith, he has been extremely helpful and has made himself available during evenings and weekends via text-message to address any concerns that I have had. Candidly, I almost feel badly for imposing on him outside of business hours when I have questions. I work in a customer-facing capacity for <.> and I can tell you that the caliber of service that Keith provides to me is what I also try to provide for my customers and should be the gold-standard for anyone in a professional customer-facing capacity. It is unfortunate that there are not more service managers and representatives so keenly focused on customer satisfaction. =========================================================

Good entry level car, but overall needs a better retaining of value from a depriciation perspective. Like the drive and speeds but needs a bit of upgrade on the engine. Interior needs to be improved too.
