Mo Zareef was a great sales consultant. Super calm during negotiations, explained everything well. No high pressure sales. We had been to the dealership several times before just browsing and never felt pressured into anything. Mo really went above and beyond, even explained delivery of the vehicle. LEXUS OF TOLEDO WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I LIVE IN CLEVELAND AND DID NOT GET THIS TYPE OF EXCELLENT SERVICE. I DID BUY A LEXUS 350ES AND BROUGHT IT HOME TODAY. THE SALESMAN WAS SCOTT. I DID ALOT OF E-MAILS AND RESEARCH ON THE CAR FIRST, ONLINE AND BASICALLY NEGOCIATED ONLINE. I ALSO HAD A TRADE-IN AND THEY WERE VERY FAIR WITH IT. I AM ORIGINALLY FROM THE TOLEDO AREA AND HAVE MANY FRIENDS AND FAMILY LIVING THERE, I WILL DEFINEATELY PASS WITH WORD. I GIVE THEM A 5 STAR.
This has to be one of the best , most time efficient and pleasant car buying experience ever for me. Everything was well handled over the phone in advance and I literally had to spent the least time at the dealership . I traded in a Camry XLE V6 for an ES350. Couldn't be happier . It was well worth the drive from Cleveland .

I was interested in a Lexus they had advertised so, sent an online an online inquiry. No one contacted me for days. than, I got an email from an management person asking me how my experience was and, what can they do to more for me. I responded back and told him that no one contacted me. I than got an email from a salesperson within hours. I was a t work at the time but had already put a deposit with another dealer.
Called Dave White Acura with multiple electronic failures. Secured an immediate appointment and everything was fixed the next morning. In addition, they provided a loaner vehicle as a courtesy. Everything was covered by the warranty and car was picked up in spotless recently cleaned shape. Scott, provided excellent service
Went in to get service for a recall. Service was free, people were friendly, and there was WiFi and phone chargers while I waited! They even washed and vacuumed my car, all free of charge. Would highly recommend.
I just went in for an oil change. Going to this dealership takes a bit longer than going to a drive-thru, but the car gets examined for potential issues which takes the guesswork out of maintaining your car and they wash the car!
We had some regular maintenance done to our 2018 Equinox that we leased from Greg Bell in January. We have been doing business with Greg Bell since 1993. We left once and went to Clift, but we came back and will not leave again unless we move. The sales staff and service department staff treat you like family. I would highly recommend them to family and friends. They should get a 10 star rating.
The staff was so helpful in assisting me with my car purchase. They were patient and informative and most importantly did not try to rush or force me into a buy. Highly recommend
