I am what I would call a "new adult". I recently started my first professional job after graduating with my Masters degree in May. My fiance and I both have great jobs, we have a beautiful home together, and we are trying to get on our feet. Our budget is obviously tight since we just started out, I just graduated two extra years of school, and are planning a wedding. However, I needed a new car fairly quickly because the once I had since high school was giving out slowly but surely. My fiance and I sought out a few dealers, but they all said the same thing. Because I didn't have established credit yet, nowhere was willing to give me a loan at a price that was reasonable for us to afford. Sure I could have settled for a different type of car, but my heart was set on a Cherokee Trailhawk. I took a chance with All Star Dodge and they were willing to take a chance on me. Will was very knowledgeable about people in situations like mine, and he was willing to help me find a way to get in the car I really wanted. Between him being nothing but truthful and upfront the entire time, to Ken fighting to find a bank that would offer me a decent loan, All Star truly went above and beyond to help me find my dream car when other dealerships wouldn't. All Star isn't afraid to stay 30 minutes past when they close in order to crunch the numbers. They don't take "no" for an answer like most dealerships. Time after time other places told me no bank would give me a loan for the percent I wanted, yet All Star found a way to make it work. Originally leased a car in Missouri almost 3 years ago but moved down to Naples, FL around 10 months ago. Their service department is exactly what I expected from a Nissan dealer. My original dealer was very, very good but changed ownership after my initial lease and things changed, and not for the better. However, the guys at Naples Nissan always provided us with great care and excellent professionalism. On April 11th, we decided to trade in our lease and see what they had to offer. It started out with a 2015 Sentra with a great rebate and lease payment (2) forgiveness. Sounds great right? But the car did not "Wow!" me. So Daryl and Casey rolled up their sleeves and went to work. They found on their lot, the EXACT car we were looking for including options and color. It may have been chance but it felt like they did everything to insure we left there with the car we wanted, nothing less. Thanks!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.
Got a used car on 04/04 great price fabulous sales lady, lots of help on financial but two days later the engine light came on call back the sales rep referred me to Jose Robles and referred me to the customer services repair is been 5 days and no luck every time they leave you call on hold or nobody wants to help, it feels like you have contagious diseases and nobody wants nothing to die with you, real bad customer service it ruined all the good and professional attitude from the others members, make sure you vehicle has no problem before taking it out of the dealership
The pre owned salesman, Rick, was very professional and knowledgeable. He cut through the hassle and quickly gave me a bottom dollar figure that was reasonable and fair. The car was not right for me, but it was no hassle to walk away and he remained professional and courteous. I would definitely buy from them if they had the right car and I would recommend them to others

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. Salesperson Meghan was great, knowledgeable and friendly. Amazingly there was no hard sell. We selected the veh. we wanted and Meghan told us that this would be the worst the veh. would appear. We picked up our A-6 on 1/30 and we're quite surprised to see new tires,brake job,mats and oil change on the veh. Are you kidding me!! We would have bought the veh. as is. Was I ever surprised. Did I mention the wax job!! I know these cars aren't cheap. But what a great car and great service. I have now bought 4 cars from Highline and have had the best experience ever. May 2017, I bought a 1999 red Porsche 911 (996) from Highline. I never thought I would own a Porsche so it was a dream come true. Then in December 2017, I bought a BMW X1 for my daughter. Another excellent purchase. About three months ago, I traded in my 2011 Jeep Wrangler (that I loved) for a Porsche Panamera 4. I love that car and can???t wait until I can drive it in the snow. Having said all of this, I still was in the market for a 911 convertible with AWD (my real dream car). Well I bought one (and traded in my red 911 and got a fair deal) from Highline. I now have the car of my dreams and it is awesome! James, Charlie, Chad, Tony, and Mike have just been great! These guys also service my cars. I went to Porsche dealership for service and they did a great job but they also had dealership prices. The sales and service are both remarkable and I will only deal with these gentlemen from now on. Honestly these guys have great used cars with excellent prices and service. If you have a problem, speak directly with them and they are more than happy to help straighten out any issue. Vey attentive staff & they all work so well together as a team. Riley was amazing & so patient with me as I spent 2 hours test driving several Honda Civics till I found just the right one for me. She was more than willing to answer all my questions. She even texted me the next day to follow up on a slow leak in a tire. She told me to bring the car back the next day & they would put a new one on. That's awesome customer service! I did a lot of looking to make sure I got the best value & high quality vehicle. They have best prices & even got my interest rate down from the 4.24% my credit union gave to 3.99% & still had the loan with my credit union. Their service & attention to the customer is unbeatable!!
My wife and I were in the market for either a GMC Acadia or Buick Enclave. We live in Modesto, CA and had been searching throughout Northern California. It seemed like every vehicle we found with our preferred mileage/year/equipment was just a few 1000 out of our price range. To top it off, it seemed like no dealer would budge on the price when we inquired. My wife and I took a trip to So-Cal for a quick trip to Disneyland as our annual passes will be expiring soon and we wouldn't be able to get away for the long holiday weekend due to work. While waiting in line for rides, we decided to browse the internet, thinking maybe prices would be better than up North. We found a much larger selection, but similar pricing to the dealers near home. Then we found Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and they had two Acadia's that seemed to be what we wanted with much better prices than we expected to find. I e-mailed the dealer asking if the vehicle was still available and got a phone call back within the hour. We scheduled an appointment for noon the next day. We got up the next morning and decided to go to the dealer early. We were contacted by phone at about 10 AM to confirm we would be showing up. We told them we were ready and could come in early. The same salesman (Miguel) I spoke to on the phone was quick to greet us, despite not being scheduled. He took us over to see both cars, let us drive them both and then asked what he could do for us. We asked for a little off the price, which we didn't get, but I wasn't expecting as the price was already $3-4k off what we would have paid for a similar vehicle in Northern California. Once we agreed on a price, the manager Anthony came over to explain our different financing options and how we could save the most money in that process. Miguel then took the car over for a final detail and cleaning while we went and finalized the contract. They took us in to meet Executive Sales Manager Chris Amato, who was already finishing up our paperwork. Chris was very gregarious and outgoing, asking us plenty of questions about what got us to the dealership, why we chose the car, etc. He also gave us a better explanation of how they were able to give us such a great price. Basically, since the dealer is so high volume, they don't have to make such high markups on each vehicle. Chris finished up the paperwork and transferred it all to a really neat desktop monitor that displayed all the contracts and allowed us to sign electronically. Finally, we were finished with the paperwork, Chris walked us back out to the showroom where we waited a few minutes for the detailing to be finished. Miguel showed up with the vehicle, handed us the keys and we were on our way back home to Modesto. All told it was maybe 3 1/2 hours from the time we arrived, to driving off, which seems to be pretty quick from what I understand of the car buying experience. Throughout the day, various members of the staff made sure to check on us and see if we needed anything to drink or anything like that. I would HIGHLY reccomend this dealership to anyone buying a new or used vehicle. They really go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable throughout the experience and don't pressure you into anything you don't feel comfortable with. This was a great experience and more than worth the trip. I will most likely look to make a trip down again for our next car purchase.
I had the car salesman Anthony, he was LIT. He was a phenomenal person and totally deserves a raise. He made the car buying experience nice because his jokes kept me entertained. Dear Jorge, this young man is a GREAT person and salesman!

I engaged the vendor through cars.com and asked for email engagement only to start. They complied, answered all my questions via email, includes vehicle inspection reports, car fax and quick reply in follow up emails. Unfortunately the car sold before I was able to get to dealership. But they were great during my initial engagement.

Visited Audi in Lynnwood shopping for a used car, I was met pretty shortly by a very friendly representative. They provided me with the CARFAX and vehicle maintenance report on an Audi A4 I was looking at! No pressure and vehicles are in great condition. Will be doing business with the Audi family!

great efficiency, intuitive options from all electric to hybrid and everything in between. car felt alittle room, and the interior would have held its value, but that one pothole bump-that was soo small I just drove right over, ended the whole thing....
so hard my teeth chattered. and my back took that unknowing sidewalk curb thurumb...
