Audi of Dallas was an exemplary experience. Brett and Rick moved quickly, efficiently and transparently to meet my goal and timeline. I was quite surprised and could not be happier with the experience. I am certain I will buy from Audi of Dallas again, as well as refer people frequently.

I went in for a state inspection. They pointed out that my tires were in bad condition, one had metal wires exposed. They matched the cheapest price outside and only quoted that without other fringe services. Gave me a rental and finished work that day itself.
I recently purchased a CPO Q7 S line from Auto Nation Audi. I was delivered on time and in excellent condition for being 3 years old. Buying a certified pre owned is very important when looking at a pre owned car. They manufacturer has the highest standard for their CPO's and if they are not met then the vehicle will not be certified. I am very happy with my first Audi and wanted to thank Audi Plano for the great service!
Our journey of searching for a used Audi Q5 began more than 3 months ago. Our 1st experience was w/ Robert who helped my wife and I on the 2012 Audi Q7. Although it didn't work out, our experience was nothing short of amazing and the right at-home feeling.
Fast forward to 3 1/2 months later on June 9th, destiny brought us back to Audi Grapevine from a completely unexpected plan. We were on the way to another dealership to close out a deal w/ BMW X3, we stopped by Audi Grapevine to check out a new positing for an 2012 Audi Q5 without much expectations.
Vincent stepped in and created the best memorable experience for us. This Audi Q5 is a Prestige package that offers all the features we've been looking for. He enthusiastically showed us all how these features, MMI for example, work. He was also extremely friendly answering all the questions we had and reached out to Jameson, his manager, for additional information. Finally, he coordinated w/ the service department to clean the exterior and interior of the car like new b4 handing the keys to us.
We've been extremely happy w/ our 2012 Audi Q5 car. Our dream car could not have happened without Vincent's enthusiasm and Jameson's willingness to work w/ us. You guys rock!!!

Luis Melendez was very knowledgeable and efficient while still being personable and friendly. He made the whole experience easier and exciting - just like getting a new car should be. To date all of my experience with Audi Dallas has been a 10: my Q7 purchase, my R8 RWS option and my most recent purchase of an A6. And my service experience has been a 10 as well. And my son, Ryan, enjoyed a positive experience after I directed him to Audi Dallas to purchase a used car. Specifically I would like to call out the great relationships with Brett and Rick in sales and Adam in service. My family is an Audi family. My first was an Audi Fox followed by a GT and then an Allroad. They've all been well engineered autos but now they are reliable as well. Buying a car can be a drag. Buying a car and having them serviced at Audi Dallas is a pleasure.
