I just bought a 2019 Mercedes-Benz CLS 53 AMG from Chicago Auto Place. I'm out of state but deal was great. Took about 5 days to get delivered. Longer than i wanted but they delivered. Kept communications the entire time. Ricky was great. In the process i got worried and started researching. There are some people years ago that didn't review well. I really don't thinknthe deserve those reviews. After i got the car i asked the owner about them. He said they changed their business modelnto higher end cars with lower miles. And it has worked for them. I am 100% happy and have a stellar car. Inwould recommended whole-heartedly. They are in Chicago and i amnin Texas. Stressful buying online but they delivered on all cylinders.

Great car. We purchased ours in 2020 with 130k miles for our daughters to learn on a manual and it has been a very reliable car. The suspension remains tight and the car is quiet with virtually no rattles. The 6 speed is smooth shifting and great fun to drive.

Very reliable our’s has 102,000 miles never had a problem with the engine! Very smooth, fast, good acceleration AC is ice cold, water drips on humid days from AC, that is normal for it to drip water.

This has been a solid vehicle all around. The tech has been responsive with little to no lag for infotainment which can be a big deal with other manufacturers. All the safety features work great with no malfunctions. Long trips I average around 35mpg on premium but it’s not very comfortable after a few hours. Road and wind noise is about what you’d expect from a Subaru but the interior doesn’t rattle the slightest even on rough roads. Haven’t had any real issues arise after 10,000 miles. It’s currently at 28,000 miles and I’ve only done simple maintenance items and a set of tires. I do want to bring up the capability of this car in the snow because its the best I’ve ever experienced. After owning multiple 4Motion VW’s this is all around better for traction in several inches of fresh snow and light ice. Gives you a ton of confidence because this car will make it through a rough storm or two. It’s been a great commuter for the wife and a fun car for me with spirited driving on tracks for the price you pay.

High end customer service and great prices. Merek was extremely helpful. We needed a car in an emergency situation and were given full details, car fax info and a lot of pictures. Made the buying process easy and efficient. We were in and out with our new car in under an hour.

The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

This car is so good I used it to go everywhere it’s really nice it drives nice and I never had a problem with it

I've read other review and am a bit flummoxed by some of the comments. Great workmanship, excellent fit and finish, and plenty of power. While I agree previous generations of Audis have been less that reliable (I've owned 7 over the decades), I've owned my 2014 A4 quattro since new and how have over 105k miles on the clock. I've not experienced any of the problems listed by other folks. I did purchase the extended maintenance plan for $1200 when I bought the car and had it serviced religiously by the dealer at no additional cost (with free loaner car) until 75K miles. Since then I found an independent mechanic that specializes on German cars that does great work at a reasonable price. The car has long been paid off and, with the crazy prices new and used cars are going for at the moment, I have no plan to purchase a new model.

I was in an accident and needed a car asap! Check in hand I walked into Lucky Motors not knowing what to expect from the reviews. Thank God I went here first! They saved me what could amount to 6-8 hours in another dealership. Chris was nice and to the point. Great 4 door sedan. Handles perfect in ALL conditions. Hauls 4 very comfortably. Great safety and reliability. Service and support at the dealership is excellent but expensive. Test drive an Audi a-4, you won’t regret it.

Mercedes Benz and honestly it was the most stress free car buying experience I’ve ever had. Kimberly Quintero, in sales, was extremely patient and straight forward. She dealt with me sizing the back seats and taking calls with my wife regarding child car seats and positioning. Kimberly was the absolute best when it came to showing the vehicle and even doing research on work done by the prior owner. It was also a breath of fresh air to deal with someone who was so transparent and not aggressive at all. When it came to signing paperwork Fay Demos shocked me, she was able to beat my credit unions rate. Went in under the impression I was going through my credit union, and nope she beat it. I got a 2015 a4 S-line and i couldn’t recommend it more it’s a great daily with exceptional power to get you where ever with great gas mileage and if you wanna tune or upgrade the look the after market customization is great for these cars im currently on Stage 1 Map 2 Intergrated Engineering and i love it it gives you more speed and pep and definitely more torque i got it to 282hp 360ish Tq and i got a couple bolt on mods. THIS CAR WILL LAST YOU WELL OVER 200K MILES IF TREATED PROPERLY AND MAINTAINED, Only thing i can complain about is the outdated interior i get it’s a 2015 but the interior is the same on there 2008-2012 models i wish they changed that and other than that i love the car!

I do about 10,000 miles per month on average and I’m very happy with my fourth QX80. Service manager Tony stays actively involved with our vehicle vehicles that come in for service even if it’s for something as simple as an oil change you make sure that Service writers are on point with helping schedule our maintenance even with our busy schedules. Never have anything negative to say. Definitely my favorite Infiniti dealership.

The ‘21 A4 Premium Plus S Line is my third consecutive Audi ... love it! Quiet, powerful, safe and fast! This conveyance offers a great deal of wonderful, useful tech, too. It’s two tone interior is gorgeous. Love it!

Bought a used Toyota from here. Car is in condition described, and was priced very fairly. Tom was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this dealer.

Make sure you check which engine you have in this car. There was a lawsuit about the piston rings being bad. To have another engine put in is 7.4k to 8.5k.
