I had a very positive experience at Rusnak Volvo in Pasadena. Our salesperson, Irina, couldn’t have been more helpful and knowledgeable about the car!

This has been a solid vehicle all around. The tech has been responsive with little to no lag for infotainment which can be a big deal with other manufacturers. All the safety features work great with no malfunctions. Long trips I average around 35mpg on premium but it’s not very comfortable after a few hours. Road and wind noise is about what you’d expect from a Subaru but the interior doesn’t rattle the slightest even on rough roads. Haven’t had any real issues arise after 10,000 miles. It’s currently at 28,000 miles and I’ve only done simple maintenance items and a set of tires. I do want to bring up the capability of this car in the snow because its the best I’ve ever experienced. After owning multiple 4Motion VW’s this is all around better for traction in several inches of fresh snow and light ice. Gives you a ton of confidence because this car will make it through a rough storm or two. It’s been a great commuter for the wife and a fun car for me with spirited driving on tracks for the price you pay.

The listing indicated the vehicle had been in an accident. I emailed the dealer asking for the details. I received a reply that did not address the accident. I renewed my request. I received another reply from a different agent that did not address the accident. I renewed my request again and this agent promptly sent me the Carfax. He was very responsive and while after looking at the Carfax I decided to pass, I asked him to keep an eye out for the vehicle I am looking for.

I've purchased many many new cars and I know what I expect out of a dealership and a sales person. And I am familiar with how to achieve and what is a fair deal. I was very very satisfied dealing with Marissa and this dealership. I've got a new Grand Cherokee Limited in my driveway and I know I've gotten a good deal on it. Good job Marissa. The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

Michael Guirguls is an excellent Service Advisor. Polite, knowledgeable and patiently explained the service process to include costs, timing and future service expectations. I elected to wait and the customer lounge was quite spacious and comfortable.

This car is so good I used it to go everywhere it’s really nice it drives nice and I never had a problem with it

I went to my local Dodge dealer near Santa Monica, and apparently they were too busy to help. Talking to them, they didn’t seem capable of doing anything other than changing the oil on cars, or selling them way over MSRP. I have been putting off getting my car serviced for a while as I had been dreading the car dealer service ‘experience.’ I need not have worried. I was met at the Ellis service entrance at the time of my appointment by Jerry the manager. It was a great welcome and he was super helpful and positive. He made had sure I knew exactly where to go. I then proceeded to the service desk where I was met by Eder. We d discussed a few things that my car needed and did the paperwork. The service really was amazing and really fast. A few hours later Eder called me and went through the specific list of things that needed doing. He managed to get most of it covered by the warranty, and gave me the choice of what was and what was not essential of the remaining items. He gave me a fair set of options and prices. It was also great to find out that Eder is really knowledgeable, it like I was speaking directly to the mechanic. Throughout the process, the communication by text and phone was really fast and impressive. I seriously wish my local dealer was as good as the guys at Ellis. Fortunately, I am happy to travel to the other side of town to have these guys look after my car. The level of service and the quality of work was exceptional. Great car that has plenty of power, comfort and stability. This 2.0L turbo four cylinder is bulletproof and I easily get 33-36mpg on the highway. (And that’s driving between 80-85 mph!) The DCT transmission is smooth as silk, and always seems to know that gear you need when you need it. I highly recommend giving this car a test drive.

I had a totally pleasant experience at the Audi Long Beach dealership as I was interested in an Audi TTS advertised online. Mr. Kien Phan provided clear, competent details of the essential functions of the vehicle both during the test drive and after the purchase, and Mr Sepulveda patiently discussed financial aspects of the purchase and trade-in over two days (since I needed an overnight reflection period!). When I returned for additional questions after the purchase was satisfactorily completed, Mr. Phan again took the time to answer fully all my requests (in particular I could not raise the spoiler, and I am one of those who hate to check details on an online document). In fact, Mr. Phan found for me an actual paper technical manual, which made me very happy. I know that I can rely on the staff for any follow-up issues. Thank you to all for your competence and courtesy! I love my new TTS. I used to have the first TT quattro model (1999- 2000) that I kept for 13 years, and drove safely in snow, ice and hot weather. I missed it when I subsequently bought a different car. Now I'm happy to drive again this beautiful, dynamic machine, and I am sorry Audi decided to discontinue this great vehicle. In conclusion, I believe that the Audi dealership at Long Beach meets all the professional standards one can expect when buying a new vehicle.

I've read other review and am a bit flummoxed by some of the comments. Great workmanship, excellent fit and finish, and plenty of power. While I agree previous generations of Audis have been less that reliable (I've owned 7 over the decades), I've owned my 2014 A4 quattro since new and how have over 105k miles on the clock. I've not experienced any of the problems listed by other folks. I did purchase the extended maintenance plan for $1200 when I bought the car and had it serviced religiously by the dealer at no additional cost (with free loaner car) until 75K miles. Since then I found an independent mechanic that specializes on German cars that does great work at a reasonable price. The car has long been paid off and, with the crazy prices new and used cars are going for at the moment, I have no plan to purchase a new model.

It is a great car to drive, great performance but very expensive repairs, anything outside the warranty costs 4 figures. Also not all Audi dealers are honest. I spent this year $3k for repairs but could have gotten it done for less than $2k had I shopped with other Audi dealers.
