I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

Went in to look at a fee vehicles i saw online. Worked with Brendan , who was fantastic! I normally hate the car buiying experience , but Bredan made it simple and easy. No tricks or upselling, just a good overall salesman that was truely interested in making sure the experience was great! The finance team was also great, they were able to find me better financing than i walked in with. Again, no pressure or pushy tactics. On and i have to mention that i got TWO KEYS to the car!! Mikylah greeted me, checked my car in, and had a discussion regarding my problems. She immediately struck me as being very knowledgeable, particularly regarding the symptoms and possible service bulletins. She provided a loaner and kept me informed as things progressed through the day. It turned out to require a software update that had just been released for this niche issue with a small number of cars. Well the update took care of my problems and also provided me with a couple of recently added features that I'm quite happy with. Additionally, while servicing it, the technician also provided a narrated video of a full undercarriage inspection which was quite informative and reassuring. When all was done, I received a freshly cleaned car with all of the issues taken care of. Overall I'm very pleased with the professionalism, knowledge, and accommodations of the entire service department. *****
