My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Just got out of a Porsche 911 and into the A6. Pleasantly suprised at the performance, the interior finish. It's definitely a driver's car. Has all the bells and whistles that you would need on a daily basis. Very roomy and comfortable.

This is the second A6 I’ve owned. I obviously would not have purchased a second one if I didn’t love it. Supercharged V6 provides plenty of power. Smooth and comfortable ride.

We had been looking for a used 2018 Audi Q5 for some time and had run into too many poorly run dealerships that simply did not listen to what we wanted in our area. Once we expanded our search, we found Marcos Morales at Walter's Audi in Riverside who went SO FAR BEYOND what any salesperson has done in the past. He was AMAZING start to finish and truly understands that this is a SERVICE oriented business and you have to LISTEN to what the customer wants, not TELL them. He did a personalized video of the vehicle we were interested in. He answered EVERY question we had in a quick and courteous fashion. He was professional and LISTENED (note to other dealerships we did NOT buy from: YOU listen to US, not the other way around!) to our needs, and we drove over 350 miles to get this car, bypassing a lot of dealerships along the way! Just a great experience buying a car from Walter's Audi and Marcos Morales.

This is my 2nd Audi A6. I enjoyed the first one so much, when it came time to trade it in, I stuck with what I had. The changes to the new model were great. Actually enjoy driving this vehicle in inclement weather as it holds the road so we’ll. Totally recommend it!

He was very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful during our visit at Walters Audi in Riverside. I spent about two weeks working with him on getting the best price possible on my 2018 A5 Sportback. He was able to beat the ???best price??? of all Audi Dealers from the surrounding areas. He was very patient with me during the negotiating process. He was up front with the ???Out the door price??? and did not hesitate to make sure he got our business. He definitely earned our business and will not hesitate to purchase from him again on our next Audi purchase. I bought my 2017 A3 from another local dealer, and found their service department to be a little frustrating to contend with, so I brought the car to Audi of Ontario. Right from the start, I found this dealership very easy to work with. Erik Garcia is my service advisor, and he is probably the best advisor I've had across several brands. He listens to what I tell him, he relates to the issue and how it impacts his customer, and he makes sure to follow up in a very timely manner. I have a solid understanding of the mechanics of a car, and Erik understood that he had to relate to me differently than some other customers. He has conversations with me that are not so elementary that they don't tell me anything, and not so advanced for me to not understand. He put the effort in to pay attention to my level of knowledge so that it didn't become frustrating to me. Shortly after one visit, I received an email that the dealership was interested in buying my car. I was surprised as it was a lease, and I was only 14 months in. I met with Raymundo Lopez who was absolutely terrific to work with. He explained the process he wanted to follow to me, which put me at great ease. I generally do not like the schmoozy sales experience, but there was none of that. He was up front, honest, and timely. I took this opportunity to upgrade, and Raymundo was extremely patient as I looked at many different situations that would work for me. We looked at everything from another A3 to an A5, to a TT. In the end, I walked away with a fully decked out A4 Quattro that I absolutely LOVE!!! It cost a little more than I planned, but I'm good with it. And when you think about it, isn't that the true sales success story? Customer is happy and gets something they love, the dealer sold something of higher value. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Erik and with Raymundo. The terrific experience in the service department lead to a really great (and unexpected) sales experience. I would highly recommend Erik Garcia for all of your service needs, and Raymundo Lopez for all of your sales needs!! A quick follow-up.....I have personalized plates, and had to go through the arduous DMV process of waiting for the new registration to get processed, then transfer the vanity plates over. The DMV has a new process regarding this, requiring permission from the leasing company to do this. I called Raymundo, and he started making calls to find out what to do. This happened several weeks after the sale, which further exemplified his professionalism. He did not push me off because the sales was done, he went all out. THAT is the great experience you can expect from Raymundo!! I will add that the billing guy was the only shortcoming through all of this. Not "bad" per se, just not great. His personality was lackluster, and when he tried to push the extra warranty on me, and I refused, he tried an angle I did NOT like at all.....he used the line "well, if you think you want to take a risk like that, it's your choice". I don't do passive-aggressive, and was not happy about that AT ALL. But.....in the end, I have a great car that I love, and overall, a terrific experience that I tell everyone I can about. It is my feeling that since he is responsible for processing all of the paperwork, including the registration, he should have known about this vanity plate requirement, and explained it to me. That way, I wouldn't have had the added stress of finding out about it, and dealing with it while at the DMV. That, I believe, is a major fail on his part. I would recommend both of these gentlemen to care for your Audi needs. They are the best, and I will definitely be back :)

We just purchased our first Audi, a 2017 Q7, on Saturday. Having driven two BMW wagons for 9 years (535xiT and 328iT), we decided it was time to get a 3-row SUV for our family of four. We were looking for a comfortable vehicle for family road trips which could also haul a few extra kids for soccer carpooling. Our top two choices came down to the Audi Q7 and Volvo XC90. Both seem like good cars with plenty of youtube videos and car blogs comparing the two, but for us, the Q7 was the clear winner after test driving both vehicles. Since we live in San Diego, we first exchanged emails with Brett over a span of 3 weeks before visiting Walter's Audi. Brett was incredibly responsive, patient, and helpful throughout the buying process. He was very transparent with internet/Costco pricing. He was not pushy at all, unlike some of the high-pressure sales tactics or arrogant attitude we experienced at other Audi dealerships. We will definitely come back to see Brett should we be looking for another Audi.

Taking the Stress and Pain out of Car Shopping

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

Carvana has the most Happy & Helpful Reps. I have ever dealt with. I called a LOT leading up to my delivery, One poor guy was on the phone with me for nearly an hour trying to deal with my bank (it was fully automated and difficult), but the entire time he remained happy and kept chatting with me as we got through the process, I felt important and extremely valued. Anywhere else would have just put me on hold for ten minutes at a time, but not my new friends at Carvana! The entire Experience - from browsing online, to the first test drive - was very enjoyable ! This is how buying a car is supposed to be. Go online, get qualified, see the terms upfront, pick any car you like and then have it delivered to your doorstep. If you don't like it for ANY reason, you can return it in 7 days, no questions asked. You can either choose another car or just give it back. My BMW i3 was exactly as they described it (it even had additional options they didn't mention). I cannot emphasize enough how this is the future of car buying. No more dealership 'let me talk to the manager' games and wasted time. Also, the customer service was incredible. The girl that delivered my car at 11:30 am exactly as promised, was super friendly and showed a genuine interest in any concerns I expressed. There were some small blemishes on the interior and they sent out a car detailer to treat the problem. I was extremely impressed. She also promised a little care package and to my surprise, I received a FedEx package a few days later from Carvana packed with goodies! If you have ANY hesitation - don't - my Carvana experience was FANTASTIC!

I bought a 2016 Lexus GS 350 two weeks ago through Carvana. What drew me in initially was a great price (nearby dealership was about $3,500 more for almost an identical car with similar mileage) and a user friendly website that made it easy to tour the car. You also get a FREE copy of the carfax report. With saving as much money as I did I wasn't expecting good customer service. Boy was I wrong, when I called to discuss adding a trade in car to my purchase I was greeted by a positive helpful person. All my future calls to confirm pickup date and verify my back account funds were also with very upbeat positive customer service people. I was relived with how stress free they made the process. They have even streamlined how they verify you have enough money in your account for car purchase. The 7 day money back guarantee is nice and I was pleasantly surprised that Carvana sent me emails following up on how car was driving and reminding me how many days I had left on 7 day guarantee. Other companies would have gone out of there way to try to make your forget about the 7 days to lower the chance you might return. This showed me the confidence Carvana has in their car quality. I bought the car on Black Friday and was very impressed that the day after my 7 days was up. Carvana made sure my $1000 promotion check was overnight mailed to me. Picking up the car was a fun experience with putting the token in the machine. Lastly and most importantly the car drives great and looks exactly like it did on the website. To be safe I took it too dealership for an inspection and they confirmed the car was in great shape and the tires were basically new. My next car will also be from carvana.

Hello, my name is Craig N. from Riverside, Ca. Over the years, I have bought many cars, and trucks from various dealerships only to dread having to use/rely on their service departments. The reasons are many: poor customer service, incompetent and rude service members, always feeling rushed through the process, having only some of what I mentioned being addressed, being over charged for the repairs, being charged for unneeded repairs...etc...etc. Well, I have some good news- I finally discovered a dealership service department that is both fair and reliable, and doesn't practice such poor business tactics. I bought a used 2013 Smart Car for my son about one year ago. The car began to have problems shifting so I gave, "Walter's Automotive Group" of Riverside a call. From the get go, my call was promptly and professionally handled. I was put into contact with a service advisor named JR. Rodriguez. JR. was extremely polite (and most important-Patient). I told JR. this was my son's first car and that he was a college student with a very limited budget. JR. listened and understood the situation and felt the car simply needed a software update of $155.00. The car was ready the same day and the repair cost was exactly what was quoted. After driving the car for a while, it turned out the problem reoccurred, and the vehicle was brought back to the dealership. Upon inspection, the mechanics at Walters discovered it was a much more serious/costly problem than just the needed software update. JR. explained to me what was needed to repair the car, the cost, and the time needed to fix it. Feeling bad the initial software update didn't resolve the issue, JR. arranged to have the $155.00 along with an additional 10% be removed from the repair amount. JR also arranged for my son to have a 2016 Smart Car loaned out to him, at no additional cost, until all necessary repairs were completed. This is the kicker- when JR. called me about my son's car being ready for pick up, he also told me the repair bill would be nearly $100.00 less because their mechanic was able to do the repair sooner than previously thought! This was something I had never experienced before. When I first realized I was going to have my son's car fixed at a Mercedes dealership, I expected the worse. I was convinced the repairs were going to be expensive and that it would be a long time before the car would be repaired. Was I ever wrong! Not only were we treated as though we just bought the most expensive car in the place- JR. communicated with us throughout the entire repair process with all charges reflecting to the penny what JR. had originally quoted at the start. All-In-all, we saved over $300.00 on the repair, and we were never inconvenienced. For anyone interested in buying a Mercedes or Porsche, or even a Smart Car, I can't imagine a better place to go than Walter's. And for anyone wanting to have their vehicle repaired elsewhere after reading this, or not checking for themselves just how awesome this place is, is making a mistake. I HIGHLY recommend Walters Automotive Group, and even more so- JR Rodriguez as your go-to service adviser!!! Most Sincerely, Craig N. of Riverside Ca.

Recently traded in the sporty S4 for the 3.0T A6. So much more space but still has the pickup I am used to. I can fit adults in the backseat without squeezing them in, plus they have heated rear seats and quad zone climate control. The night blacked out package adds 20” rims and black trim instead of chrome which is sharp. I have the silver exterior with black interior, super sharp car. The ride is smooth, sporty, responsive, and stylish. I love the new A6.

After several weeks worth of headaches, from the total loss of my vehicle to dealing with other dealerships that didn???t seem to know what they were doing, I decided to go with the big boys at Walter???s Audi and do not regret my decision AT ALL. They responded to my email inquiry faster than any other dealer I???ve dealt with and had their amazing sales assistant Jennifer on the line with me gathering all of my information and she was also very transparent about the whole thing. I was approved less than 24hrs later for the vehicle I wanted and received a congratulatory call from Angel Ortiz and also, the awesome, Brett who helped me with the entire process onsite at the dealership. He definitely solidified me knowing I made the right decision. Rob, the financial manager, was also very helpful (and funny) and even worked out a deal on warranty and maintenance for me and went out of his way to secure a lower APR. They listened to all my needs and delivered far beyond my expectations. Even the other representatives at the dealership were friendly and congratulated me on my purchase. Everything about this car is amazing. It feels great to drive, the performance for its class is outstanding, a real joy to drive. Literally the only two things I do not like about the car is the difficulty in placing my left elbow on the door while holding the steering wheel (my preferred way to hold the wheel) and that the auto shutoff for the engine defaults to ON instead of the last setting.

I had bought my car new from this dealer and was pleased then as now! Would I buy again from this dealer? Of course but for now the this 2007 Honda fit sport is running strong. Do I have any complaints? yeah the factory radio screen face has turned white! Ok I said it! I bet no one noticed you don't see 2007 Honda fit's on the lot's too much. Still learning all the features on my new car. My last car was a 2001 Oldsmobile Aurora w/all the bells and whistles. I loved it but new it was time for an update. This car definitely has all of that and more. Large trunk, back & side window blind, smooth ride, and many more features. I love the sleek look and comfort seats for both driver and passenger.

Definitely! Back track about eight years and you'd find me purchasing a new car at a dealership. The salesmen were hungry, it took nearly seven hours, and the dealership delivered a car with scratches and a dent! In May of 2018 I tried again. My experience at Audi Ontario was phenomenal! I took care of most everything via text and a few phone calls. My car was sharp and waiting for me. I even got to test drive the car far further than anyone else permitted. Get this, I even enjoyed chatting with that guy that tries to sell you incidentals and ridiculous insurance. Here's the take away???Mike Abujaber was leading the process.
