Found a Chyrsler 300 they had just gotten in. Emailed about it, talked back and forth over several days. Finally agreed to purchase it. Having a 4 hrs drive their they did everything as promised, had all paperwork ready after a quick test drive, singed, waited a few mins than to the fiance guy to purchase and salesman took my rental car keys too their on site enterprise drop box and we were on our way! All I can say is that this car meets my every need. I also like it much better than my BMW X3. I think it is a little smaller but I’m not sure about that, I just know that I love everything about it. Especially the panoramic sun roof!

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. Elena, Elena, Elena. She's all you need. I was given the wrong time when service was closing. Drove 1.5 hours from Fredericksburg (rain traffic) and was a little frustrated when finding out they were about to close in 30 min. I had a list of things needing to be done to my S5. I needed my car specifically for work, so, getting a loaner wasn't high on my list of things I wanted. In comes Elena. Her attitude, professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to help was nothing short of impeccable. She saved the day. She found a technician for me, stayed 2 hours past the closing time, and made sure I was in the loop with everything. Based on that ONE experience with her, because first impressions are everything, she's my go to for anything at the dealership now. Hats off to Elena for an amazing job.

I'm not a car person, but I LOVE driving the certified 2014 A5 I bought in December 2016 from Rockville Audi. I did a Wash/Baltimore area search on cars in stock and the pros & cons of certified vs. not certified so when I saw my car listed, I thought it was a fair price. I then did a quick online review of the dealership (I didn't want an adversarial experience) and saw that Maria Cokinos had good reviews. Basically, I made to deal over the phone, I showed up three hours later on Dec. 23rd and I drove off with my 'new car.' The words I will use to describe the experience are: fair, respectful, a win-win. I really do love driving the car, buying it was a positive experience and I appreciate Maria's follow-up to make sure I'm comfortable with the car. I recommend Rockville Audi, no hard sale from the finance manager, Maria was great and I'd bet the others on the sales team are real pros too.

This car is a great hipster city car with lots of room in a small package. The ride isn't too firm but for someone older it may not be too great. The high entry point is very good and is relatively easy to climb in and out of. I am a person who likes cars with power and this has enough for the city and then some. The car has plenty of passing power during low speeds. If you are on one of Texas's long 85mph highways, then there might be issues. It gets decent gas millage and looks classy. A very nice car to drive and has a quiet interior.

After visiting 4 dealership in one day, we found the right sales person, Hassan Chehouri and the perfect car for us, an Audi A7. Hassan's attention to detail and customer focus allowed us to drive away with a car that we feel is an upgrade from our 5 series. Purchases are made from people not dealerships. I feel our financial rep was equally instrumental with this purchase. DaVaughn Paige personalized a finance package that was mutually beneficial. He presented mult options for us the choose from and guided us to the best solution. My future car purchases will be done with these two people, hopefully from Audi of Arlington.

I found that the shopping experience at Select Auto Imports was outstanding. I started with the Sales Manager Robert Samereie who worked with me to buy a 2014 BMW 650i Xdrive loaded convertible . Robert did an excellent job sending me comprehensive pictures of the car I was interested in and even added 20 + to the pictures on the website.IN addition we negotiated the terms over the phone before driving form VA Beach to Alexandria including best purchase price, trade in terms and an excellent 6 year financing rate. He also assured me that he would work with me on my trade in to match the best quote I received in VA Beach. When I went to Alexandria Robert was off for the evening and I dealt with Brian Villanueva as my Sales Consultant who took me on the test drive and explained the many differences between my past 2005 645CI BMW and the 2014 650 Idrive.. The final paperwork required the owner MR. M Najimohammad and Terri Norrent from the Finance department. They agreed to honor my trade in and the finance rate as well as the Discount agreed upon despite a difference between the Trade In estimate they made and my VA Beach best rate to close the deal on a very positive note. I have had a couple issues since bringing the car to VA Beach and they have quickly resolved them and will be sending me a check for the difference on my trade in versus financing and a second key that was not available when I picked up the car.All the people I dealt with were very professional and responded quickly to any issues that came up. Finally the owner Mr. M Hajimohammad was excellent at helping to close the order with both sides feeling good about the deal.

This car meet all my needs. It was very roomy in front as well as back seat. There were 3 USB ports for and nice spacious truck for smaller SUV.

The car we were interested in, had been listed since August (3 months), so we were happy to see our patience pay off, as the asking price continued to decrease. I called him in the morning to confirm the car was still available and asked him to let me know what the brakes and tire ratings were during their inspection. This is THE BEST vehicle we've owned...Ever! The dash with all the "NEW" technology is easy to understand, which gives you more control over your driving experience. The leg room in this vehicle is incredible, both front and back. Performance is extremely reliable, and the steering is exceptional. Gas mileage is very good as well.

This car is exactly what I was looking for. Considered a "smaller" SUV, but has plenty of legroom and trunk space. High enough off the ground but not a tall car. Nice ride, the 4 cylinder turbo has good power. Love the look inside and out. Purchased a white car with the two-tone brown/black interior....looks very rich. Nice luxury car with a reasonable price tag.

I use this car to commute to and from work. I liked that it was only 4 cylinder, but I am constantly putting gas. I wish I would have gotten a Honda accord instead (I'm a previous owner). The car is really nice, but their is not much room. Perfect for a single rider.
