Used 2018 Audi Q3 for Sale in Forest Lake, MN

My wife and I highly recommend Poquet Auto. Long story somewhat short, we began our car search back in early April of 2018. We walked around various auto dealers, and talked with family and friends about their car buying experiences. The name that was recommended over and over from a wide range of people was Poquet Auto, and their recommendations did not disappoint. We worked with Shaun Elling (as well as an individual named Brett on Shaun's day off.) Both individuals were incredibly friendly, competent, and wanted to make sure my wife and I got the car we were looking for. We test-drove 5 different cars over a three week period, and never once felt pressured to buy. We are extremely satisfied with our experience at Poquet, and I am happy to say we are extremely satisfied with our SUV we purchased from them. Not only were we impressed by Shaun during our buying experience, but we were also impressed with her once the sale was finalized. She has checked in with us twice over the past month, just to make sure that we are 100% satisfied. I will be sure to recommend Poquet, and specifically Shaun Elling, in the future.

Car drives great, very responsive, lots of tech and safety, rear passengers area a bit small no way three adults could sit comfortably ( two ok)

I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.

All I can say is that this car meets my every need. I also like it much better than my BMW X3. I think it is a little smaller but I’m not sure about that, I just know that I love everything about it. Especially the panoramic sun roof!

I love everything about this vehicle. I would highly recommend this small suv, I was looking for something not to big and I’m tall but it has plenty of leg room!

I finally bought an Audi after many years of driving different makes. I love it! German engineering and performance matters! The Q3 is the best car I have ever owned. I know why CR rates Audi so high. Everything is very well done. Won't buy anything else!

Best car buying experience ever! We love the Audi Minneapolis dealership. We just purchased our first Audi and we couldn't be happier. I really appreciate Joel's low pressure but highly attentive style. I've never felt more comfortable car shopping. This car is a great hipster city car with lots of room in a small package. The ride isn't too firm but for someone older it may not be too great. The high entry point is very good and is relatively easy to climb in and out of. I am a person who likes cars with power and this has enough for the city and then some. The car has plenty of passing power during low speeds. If you are on one of Texas's long 85mph highways, then there might be issues. It gets decent gas millage and looks classy. A very nice car to drive and has a quiet interior.

I would like to share a terrific sales experience with Rudy Luther Toyota. Scott Smith and his manager went the extra mile to help answer my questions and preview a specfic model that I had inquired about. After a day of searching for this vehicle high and low, Scott and his team were superb in addressing all my questions. What a fantastic example of putting the customer first ! This car is absolutely beautiful from inside to outside! It drives smooth and has plenty of get up and go! I love the compactness of this vehicle!

I was in the market to lease a 2018 Audi SQ5 and started my search at the Audi dealer that I was most familiar with as I have used them to service my previous Audi vehicles for the past 8+ years (that dealer was not Audi St. Paul and we'll call them dealer A). I visited dealer A on 12/1/2017 and test drove a vehicle that was similar to what I was looking for, left dealer A with the understanding that the salesperson that was helping me would be following up with some pricing (based on vehicles that were on order and should be arriving soon) in the near future. Almost two weeks had passed and the only follow up I had received was a generic email from the GM of dealer A, I replied to that email and informed the GM that I hadn't heard back from the salesperson that had assisted me and to this day have still not received any follow-up from them. I have been happy with the service department at dealer A over the past 8 years but had never dealt with their sales department, based on the complete lack of follow up I decided not to pursue a purchase/lease from this dealer. Next stop was dealer B which is the newest Audi dealer in the area and not affiliated with dealer A or Audi St. Paul. I was in the area of dealer B on 12/16 and decided to stop by and see if the sales department there would be more responsive and helpful. I didn't have much time, but realized quickly that the sales approach at dealer B was not going to be a good fit (not transparent, presented a quote that they "weren't allowed to let anyone leave the building with" and the final straw was when they informed me that the offer they made was only valid if I made the purchase/lease that evening (it was very close to their closing time on a Saturday night). I was ready to rule out Audi (I have only driven Audi since 2008, two different vehicles (2006 A4 & 2011 S4) since 2008 and considered myself to be pretty loyal to their brand) and move on to my second choice for a new vehicle but decided to give the 3rd Audi dealer (Audi St. Paul) in the area a try. I wasn't very optimistic since Audi St. Paul is affiliated with dealer A, but figured it was worth a try and if it didn't work out I could say gave the brand a full three strikes before moving on. Andrew Hortsman was the sales person that assisted me at Audi St. Paul and was prompt and responsive throughout the process. The quote they provided was competitive and transparent, any details that were not disclosed were provided upon request. Michelle Rice was the finance manager that completed the transaction and she was sure to have all of the paperwork ready to go when I arrived which made the process very efficient. If you're in the Twin Cities area and looking for a a new Audi vehicle, save yourself some time and start with Audi St. Paul.

This car was all I wanted and more for the price. It produces sportiness and luxury together. I absolutely love this car and highly recommend the purchase.

I love this car and am completely an Audi fanatic now. Great speed, comfort, overall quality for under $50,000. I'm extremely happy with my car, and will likely stay in the Audi family from now on.

Poquet made buying a car an incredibly smooth process. I had gone in one day to look at cars and test drive some cars, and ended up leaving with an incredible car. I came in with a '06 Volvo S60 (in terrible condition, with somewhere around 200,000 miles on it...) and immediately they helped me find an amazing '16 Mazda CX-3 (in great condition, with only 4,500 miles on it!). All in all I highly recommend Poquet! Shaune was the representative I worked with. Even though she was helping a couple others at the same time as myself she was super on top of her sale and was extraordinarily helpful. She made sure the inspection of the Mazda CX-3 was thorough and, knowing I was driving back to Chicago the following day, even made made sure to fill the tank all the way up free of charge! I'm not usually one to write reviews, but when it comes to a great company from my home state with such a wonderful staff, you owe it to them to write a great review. Hopefully this review is half as good as their service. If you're looking for a new car (even if your not from Minnesota -I currently live in Chicago) it's absolutely worth it to take whatever steps necessary to get to Minnesota and get your car through Poquet. I've bought cars in several different places (states even) I would definitely say it's worth the trip to get your car from Poquet. They made the process of trading in an old car for new incredibly simple and they had a massive inventory to choose from! The whole thing was done within an hour and a half, as opposed to the usual 3-6 hours other dealerships typically take to have you sign contracts that make them not liable for their own shortcomings. Instead, at Poquet they don't try and trick you into buying the worst car on the lot for an unreasonable price, they simply give you great cars to choose from and help you to get it.

This car meet all my needs. It was very roomy in front as well as back seat. There were 3 USB ports for and nice spacious truck for smaller SUV.

I brought my 07 Prius in for service in early November. Knowing I needed tires again (3rd set), I asked for recommendations which would have been better in snow than the current tires, or the original set, both of which were traction-deficient. Jason recommended either a Michelin or a General Tire Altimax, and that I could/should get other ideas online like at tirerack.com or elsewhere. I've gone with the Altimax, and am quite please with the ride, noise-level, and traction so far (on wet roads, dry, and an inch of snow). Also, I was expecting some additional expense for incidentals since the car has 105K and is 11 years old. It did need some additional work. I've always trusted Luther Toyota to treat me right. And they have done so again. Thank you John D.

It’s a smooth drive with elevated control over the road. Very agile and safe. It fits easily in small spaces. Would recommend it to others.

I searched and read reviews on all similar brands and models. This one had everything I was looking for and is beautiful, gets great gas mileage, super comfortable and has most the new gadgets on it.

This is THE BEST vehicle we've owned...Ever! The dash with all the "NEW" technology is easy to understand, which gives you more control over your driving experience. The leg room in this vehicle is incredible, both front and back. Performance is extremely reliable, and the steering is exceptional. Gas mileage is very good as well.

This car is exactly what I was looking for. Considered a "smaller" SUV, but has plenty of legroom and trunk space. High enough off the ground but not a tall car. Nice ride, the 4 cylinder turbo has good power. Love the look inside and out. Purchased a white car with the two-tone brown/black interior....looks very rich. Nice luxury car with a reasonable price tag.

It is the best choice for me and I could recommend my friends also buy the Audi Car’whatever SUV or other types of Audi cars.

The Q3 is a great car for someone who wants to get in and out of small parking spots but also wants the liftgate of an SUV with quite a bit of storage, if you put down the second row of seats. I actually wound up buying an Audi Q3 that was coming off lease with low mileage to save some money because it was a Premium Plus and that's what I wanted, but I loved the new one I drove and that is what prompted me to look for one that had all the "bells and whistles" of the Premium Plus model. The Power Fold-in Mirrors save the day when you are trying to squeeze the car into a small garage and you don't want to get out and go around to the passenger side to fold in the mirrors in bad weather. I live in the Northeast, so that happened a lot with my old car. Now, the problems's solved! You can get a cheaper car but not one with all the engineering of an Audi. I'm very happy with mine.

I use this car to commute to and from work. I liked that it was only 4 cylinder, but I am constantly putting gas. I wish I would have gotten a Honda accord instead (I'm a previous owner). The car is really nice, but their is not much room. Perfect for a single rider.

The Q3 has met all my expectations of a luxury CUV. The vehicle is luxurious as well as good looking inside and out. The ride is highly composed with good handling while keeping road and wind noise to a minimum. The interior is made of high quality materials. The Audi dealer experience was top notch. I don't have any children, so this car fits my lifestyle just fine. If space and practicality for your family is what you're looking for, look else where. Otherwise, this is a great CUV!
