When it finally came time to replace my (our) 27 year-old F-150, we were really very clear in the make, model, & properties we wanted to find in a used vehicle. Evidently, those properties were also wanted by just about everyone else, so finding one let alone securing one to purchase was a frustrating chore. We listed those properties on 3 or 4 Search programs (CarGuru, etc), receieved notifications when a vehicle would come up, then drive to Tacoma or Seattle, or Everett, or Burlington to be disappointed. I wandered the lots in town to stay on top of new arrivals, then found myself pretty much only walking through the Bellingham Toyota lot. This is because there is a significantly greater attention to detail given to ANY new or used vehicle put on display. I saw the truck on their lot we ultimately bought several days before receiving any notification. A fellow approached while I was peering through the window & asked if he could help - I explained the properties we were looking for, and he said, "Let me get Becky - she knows more about this." Abit later, Becky shows up, introduces herself, and points out 3 other vehicles having similar properties to our desires - which she already has written down - hands me her card, and invites me to bring in my spouse whenever we'd care to test drive any of them. No pressure. We bought that truck - a 2005 Tacoma - and it quite literally appears to be brand new. Becky had Carfax & service records going back to it's original sale date, as well as detailed service records of those things performed at their shop. After a full and comprehensive mechanical work-over, they then detailed it to showroom quality. It is gorgeous. With Jeff (the money guy) there was none of that protracted sales-pitch stuff about this undercoating or that tinting. I think we spent about 10 minutes figuring which of Jeff's options would work best for us ("If you put this down, then your payments would be y for z months - OR you could put a down and your payments would be b for c months." All very simple no sense of pressure, and frequent checks by Jeff that we all remained on the same page. The type of Customer Care they show is probably what keeps us going back to Bellingham Toyota; during our first test drive of the Tacoma, I remarked to my spouse how dark the tint was on the rear window. As we were finalizing the purchase, Becky says, "If you'd like and don't mind waiting a day, I'll have that tinting removed for you." For me, being listened to and cared for during a multi-thousand dollar purchase counts big. I'm certain that Bellingham Toyota wants to be financially successful - it's just that they do it the old fashioned way giving customers satisfaction & happiness with a good product and great service.

Car drives great, very responsive, lots of tech and safety, rear passengers area a bit small no way three adults could sit comfortably ( two ok)
All I can say is that this car meets my every need. I also like it much better than my BMW X3. I think it is a little smaller but I’m not sure about that, I just know that I love everything about it. Especially the panoramic sun roof!
I love everything about this vehicle. I would highly recommend this small suv, I was looking for something not to big and I’m tall but it has plenty of leg room!
