I spoke with Daniel over the phone made an appointment while still waiting on my credit union he made sure the car was mine and knew everything I needed to know. I came back on the following couple days while he was off and Bryan provided great service and made sure to pick up where Daniel left off no hassle no pressure just a simple purchase!

All I can say is that this car meets my every need. I also like it much better than my BMW X3. I think it is a little smaller but I’m not sure about that, I just know that I love everything about it. Especially the panoramic sun roof!

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

These 5 stars are based on my most recent visit because other times they deserved a 1. Service here is like a roller coaster of emotions and I never know if it’s going to be up or down. With that being said, they’ve always allowed me to express my concerns and they are nothing but courteous about it (at least to my face). I’ve been coming here a few years now and praised them better than dallas or Plano. I’ve seen the changes and dips in customer service since the original owner Baillargeon sold to a corporation, but I can see an improvement. I appreciate that.

This car is a great hipster city car with lots of room in a small package. The ride isn't too firm but for someone older it may not be too great. The high entry point is very good and is relatively easy to climb in and out of. I am a person who likes cars with power and this has enough for the city and then some. The car has plenty of passing power during low speeds. If you are on one of Texas's long 85mph highways, then there might be issues. It gets decent gas millage and looks classy. A very nice car to drive and has a quiet interior.

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. Had a very good experience in the selling process of an older car that I owned. Initially sent in some info and pictures about the car online which speeds up the process. Followed the footprints to the "Sell Us Your Car Bar". Professional clerk and buyer got key to the car and did a thorough evaluation and returned with offer. Did not insult my well-maintained car like other dealers with low ball offer. Of course, did not get private seller price. Offer to purchase car was a fair deal. No high pressure to buy any of the cars on their lot either. Looked like they have a lot of late model cars at no haggle price. Would recommend for buying or selling your car.

I did a lot of research on which salesperson to visit with before I came here. There are a lot of bad reviews based solely on the salesperson not following through on what he promised. I met with Omay Bosch and he was very open and helpful. I arrived at the dealership around 11am and left at 7pm that day, primarily due to me taking forever to make a decision! I test drove two Lexus ES 350's and the one I planned to buy had a faint smoke smell that I did not anticipate. I then looked at another one with less miles and no smoke smell but it was $1K more. He also was patient with me while I took both cars to a local mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. He would not go down on the price from the website; however, he did throw in replacing/balancing the tires for a reasonable price, painting some areas that were chipped, cleaning the upholstery/detailing the car, oil change/tire rotation, providing a full tank of gas, and also providing tint which came out of his own pocket. Even though I ended up spending $1K more than I had wanted to, I feel like I have a very reliable car and have peace of mind. My tip is to go with Omay Bosch and also do not go in thinking you can negotiate down the price unless the car has been sitting on the lot for more than 60 days and if it has more miles on it or is an older model. They have a no pressure to buy kind of vibe. Just know this is not the place to negotiate price but they are open to fixing things on the car so I would go with that if you want to try to get anything extra. For my first car buying experience, I would say it was overall pleasant and easygoing which made my decision to spend a large sum of money on a depreciating asset (which is a liability FYI) a little more palatable! Enjoy!!! :)

Easy easy EASY way to buy a car!

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Hands down. The easiest way for me to buy a car. I???d found this dealer thru USAA Car Buying Service and I???m so glad I did. Had a few calls back and forth with my salesperson Michele Conine, sent a few emails and the car I was actually looking for had been sold earlier that day which was disappointing to me but Michele search their inventory and found what I believed to be a better car. The things you really should know before reaching out to Michele and her team: 1) Know what car you???re interested in and exactly which features you???d want 2) Know what you're willing to pay for this. (And do some research beforehand to find out what others paid.) TrueCare.com works. Car buying is hard enough: 1) The car you want may "not be in stock" and you have to pick a different car (with a higher price.) ??? Have your financing pre-approved early so there???s no real haggling to be done. Michele and her team worked with me to secure the best financing options available. Better than my credit union of 13 years. 2) I didn???t experience any hidden fees everything was in black and white no fine print issues that I recall.. 5) Convenience. The only time I spent at the dealership was test driving to decide which car I wanted. I was out in roughly two hours it could have been less I cleared my day to be there. Salesperson: 1) Michele is like that energizer bunny that never quits she made me feel at home and comfortable right off the blocks. She explained Earth???s processes and business practices and how they???ll benefit me. Michele demonstrated courtesy, and professionalism throughout my car buying experience. She schooled me on a well know fact if you see something on their lot or on their website you???re seriously interested in get it then because it will be gone if you wait a day or two like I did. 2) Michele has made a friend and customer for life I would highly recommend my friends and family to make her and Earth Motorcars their first stop when they???re ready to shop and purchase.

This is THE BEST vehicle we've owned...Ever! The dash with all the "NEW" technology is easy to understand, which gives you more control over your driving experience. The leg room in this vehicle is incredible, both front and back. Performance is extremely reliable, and the steering is exceptional. Gas mileage is very good as well.

This car is exactly what I was looking for. Considered a "smaller" SUV, but has plenty of legroom and trunk space. High enough off the ground but not a tall car. Nice ride, the 4 cylinder turbo has good power. Love the look inside and out. Purchased a white car with the two-tone brown/black interior....looks very rich. Nice luxury car with a reasonable price tag.

I was having a problem with my Audi Connect, and after speaking with numerous people over the phone (who could not seem to understand what was wrong with the system), I decided to head over to the DFW Audi dealership. I spoke with Ruby Rodriguez, the Tech Specialist. Not only was Ruby extremely friendly, she was also very eager to help in any way that she could. After taking the time with me to walk through every step of the set-up process, we also were unsuccessful in getting the system to work. I mentioned to her that the Audi Connect technical support team was sending me a new SIM card, and I should receive it that following Friday. Ruby right away mentioned to me, that as soon as I receive the new card, to come back to dealership and she would set this one up from the start. Once I received the card, I came back to the dealership, and just as Ruby mentioned, she walked through all of the steps that she normally would to set up an Audi Connect account. Unfortunately, it still did not work. Ruby never got frustrated, but instead became more inquisitive. Her persistence eventually got us to someone on the Audi Connect dealer support team, who was able get everything to work perfectly!!! I do not think I have ever received customer service like this before! Thank you Ruby and thank you DFW Audi for the way you treat your customers! It truly makes a difference!

Corbin and Randi Squier did an amazing job in putting a deal in less than 4 hours, bought out of state 500 miles away and closed the deal in less than 24 hours. I almost bought the car locally, but when the Dealership offered to close the deal and deliver on time for my Son's Birthday and made it happen, I went with Corbin and Randi Squier as they seemed very trustworthy and honest in putting the deal through, Answering all questions. They even appraised my trade in easy all with just a couple of pictures and information. Once agreed upon the deal and made the deposit , they arranged to meet me midway driving the New vehicle and exchanging my trade in half way through, just that they wanted my son to have his new ride on his birthday. I cant believe any Dealership would go to great lengths in this day of age to make such things happen even with me not stepping into the dealership even once, So how much they are Trustworthy and Honest. The Dealership earned a customer for life.(esp since I bought all my cars Porsche , Maserati and Lexus in Atlanta) This buying experience and the deal beats all my previous experiences. A big shout out to Corbin, Ms. Randi Squier and Sergio who drove all the way to meet me midway to trade the cars. Thanks to all at the dealership who made this happen.

Great small luxury SUV

The Q3 is a great car for someone who wants to get in and out of small parking spots but also wants the liftgate of an SUV with quite a bit of storage, if you put down the second row of seats. I actually wound up buying an Audi Q3 that was coming off lease with low mileage to save some money because it was a Premium Plus and that's what I wanted, but I loved the new one I drove and that is what prompted me to look for one that had all the "bells and whistles" of the Premium Plus model. The Power Fold-in Mirrors save the day when you are trying to squeeze the car into a small garage and you don't want to get out and go around to the passenger side to fold in the mirrors in bad weather. I live in the Northeast, so that happened a lot with my old car. Now, the problems's solved! You can get a cheaper car but not one with all the engineering of an Audi. I'm very happy with mine.

My wife and I recently bought a 2015 BMW 528i through Autos of Dallas. I'm nearly 70 and this is easily the best and most painless car buying experience I've ever had. Our salesman, Robert Moses, was attentive without being overbearing like many car salesmen, polite, knowledgeable and definitely customer friendly. He made sure the car was prepped and ready when we got there and even had some cosmetic flaws fixed before we took the car. The credit application process was ready when we arrived and the entire experience was less than 90 minutes - in and out. We got a great luxury car at well below KBB prices with low mileage in excellent condition and spent far less than we would have at a new car dealership. If you're going to buy a car you can't go wrong by going to Autos of Dallas and you'll do yourself a big favor if you ask for Mr. Moses. Both are class acts in my opinion. Thanks. I use this car to commute to and from work. I liked that it was only 4 cylinder, but I am constantly putting gas. I wish I would have gotten a Honda accord instead (I'm a previous owner). The car is really nice, but their is not much room. Perfect for a single rider.
