Best car-buying experience.

I began my buying experience online. As usual, there was an onslaught of calls and emails from various dealers trying to sell me a car as soon as I tried to check inventory for the car I wanted.
Audi South Orlando stood out. Mackenzie Scott sent an email introducing himself and asking me how I prefer to communicate. I knew then that I wouldn’t be tortured by daily phone calls hounding me to come buy a car. When I told him email was my preference he stuck to that, offered to answer my questions, and didn’t pressure me at any point.
After my questions were answered, he asked when I would like to come for a test drive. I told him it would be a few weeks, and unlike other salesmen at other dealers, he left me alone until I contacted him. I could have bought a car much closer to home, but I knew this was the dealer I wanted to work with.
When I finally got to Orlando. I found the showroom to be beautiful and the people friendly.
In person, Mac Scott was very attentive and let me take my time, test-driving 3 different vehicles and looking at a couple more. He explained the features and how to use them. He worked very hard to make sure I left with the vehicle I wanted.
Lawrence, the finance person, was also very friendly and helpful.
Honestly, start to finish, this was my best car-buying experience. No pressure, just attention to my needs. I would recommend Audi South Orlando unreservedly.
