To begin with, I could not be more pleased with Donny Gay, our ?Experience Guide.? He showed us exactly what we wanted to see and answered our questions without trying to sell us something we did not want. No pressure at all (kind of disappointing because I was gearing up for a fight like I have to do at every other dealership). Donny was the only one we had to talk to, except when the general manager came out to see how we were doing. Donny did a great job of explaining what was offered as far as dealer warranties and extras they could add on but again no pressure. Our complaints are the time it took to get the deal done. Almost 5 hours. Sounds like a lot of their finance people leave early so it took a long time to get the paperwork done. Also they had no water, soda, snacks, etc?. Lucky we had some of our own. Just made the long wait seem longer. Overall it was still the best buying experience from a dealer I?ve had. Highly recommend.

Great all around car, no reliability issues. Fun to drive and is big enough to comfortably seat 5. I have really enjoyed this new car.

EASY LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE, Tyler was smooth ,humorous and attentive to details. Everything laid out easy to understand, selection of JEEPS small but everyone was a buy, just pick your price range. I had looked online at their vehicles so that I knew to compare each against the other . the test drive offered me my decision. The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off. I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!

My Q3 is everything I hoped it would be...... comfort, power, handling, information and looks. Makes driving a dream. Just about everything I wanted was standard equipment in the model I purchased.

I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

My first audi ever. So far i have driven it for 9 months and honestly has been problem free. Great value mechanical wise. Inside styling is nothing special. Infotainment system is hyper dated; the only issue i really have is the bluetooth randomly deactivating. Over all I was expecting the q3 to be a head ache and finally its not. For a cross over hatchback suv there shockingly a lot of space which for me is the whole reason why it might be hard to part with it one day!

Looking for a new car and going through test driving can be a daunting process, and you can run into salespeople that are really pushy or get very upset if you're not buying from them that day, which is frustrating when initially you just need to do some test drives and see what is best for you. Larry and Andrew at Groove were the opposite; they were kind and courteous. Offering water and allowing us to take our time test driving multiple vehicles. I felt respected and it made for a great overall experience at Groove Toyota. Highly recommend looking for your new car at Groove and working with Larry or Andrew for a Sales rep.

Great. Has a GPS and rear view camera. Love the handling and safety features. Drove Volvo's since 1972 and finally “upgraded” after I saw what awful changes were made to Volvo by the buyer in America. May go back when I see how they develop EV!

Fantastic customer experience! Grant P. was incredibly helpful during the research and buying process. Grant provided me with a ton of different options in my price range, multiple financing strategies, and provided in-depth comparisons of different models and specs during my test drives. As a customer I felt supported and given access to all the resources I needed to make an informed purchase, and at the same time, never felt pressured to make a decision outside of my comfort zone. Update: I did end up going through with the purchase l as well. Grant and Shweta went above and beyond in sealing the deal and worked with me until we got the perfect financing terms down. 2016 Q3 Quattro Prestige. Bought used at 38,000 miles. No I have 51,000 miles. I'll make this succinct. 1. Great Comfort 2. Quattro is AMAZING in the snow! I've tested it! 3. Handling is solid and fantastic (in the Prestige trim as the OEM tires are 19" and wider for much better performance). Cannot speak to the other trims 3. Mediocre engine power as stock. I have the APR stage 1 upgrade that basically increases HP by a solid 50% and it is VERY noticeable!. 4. Sound system - Fabulous! 5. Navigation is mediocre and the screen is a bit small and the placement is awkward to me. But it does work. 6. reliability - This is a big one. So far so good. I am keeping an eye on the engine (checking the oil at least once per week). There are several class action lawsuits out there for this engine (one on the timing chain and one on the pistons / rings). Keep an eye on those.

Nevada was absolutely amazing to work with. She had everything ready and waiting for me, including my new (used) car parked right out front ready to drive. And they fully gassed it up! The dealership had issues with their systems while I was there. Even with the slight hiccup, we were in and out in under 30 minutes. I live about two hours from this dealership but I'll tell you, I wont go to another dealership after this. They were just too good.

The 2020 Q3 is a pleasure to drive and has so many technological innovations. It is a pretty small SUV with smallish backseat and cargo space but it’s very spacious upfront.

Windshield washer sprayers are from 1970s only spray bottom half of window. Jerky when auto shifting, don’t feel turbo Overall Sporty car, fun to drive.

Cannot describe how great of experience I got here buying a replacement SUV for my son. My salesman Jacob had the 2 carsbi called about ready to test drive and both were very clean. I drove the first one and decided I didn't need to drive the other one as the one I drove had everything and more I was looking for. I love it. Smooth ride, great on gas. Just enough space for me. If you’re looking for a family car I would suggest q5 and up. For me it’s the perfect amount of room and so quiet. Only thing it’s missing is auto start
