Excellent staff and great customer service would definitely return for another vehicle. The one I bought was clean and in excellent condition. I definitely see my family having it for a while.

My first audi ever. So far i have driven it for 9 months and honestly has been problem free. Great value mechanical wise. Inside styling is nothing special. Infotainment system is hyper dated; the only issue i really have is the bluetooth randomly deactivating. Over all I was expecting the q3 to be a head ache and finally its not. For a cross over hatchback suv there shockingly a lot of space which for me is the whole reason why it might be hard to part with it one day!

We LOVE Patty Koebele! She helped us get a Rav4 Hybrid last year but unfortunately that car was totaled after a wreck. So when it was time to get another car, we returned to Groove and asked for her. She got us exactly what we were looking for. She was so accommodating! She kept us informed of the status of the arrival of our new Rav. Not only is it a great running car, it is comfortable and has so many amazing extras. The license is YOLO, You Only Live Once~might as well drive the best car out there.

The sprinter service deportment was awesome! I had a check engine light come on 3 days before leaving on a 3 wk business trip . Alec fit my van into the schedule, diagnosed and fixed the problems all in time so I could leave on schedule. Discovered issues were itemized as critical or not, and priced independently. ALEC was great to deal with and arranged and paid for an Uber ride to get me home once they had diagnosed the problem and we agreed they were going to do the work. Great service all around. Roomy, state of the art touch screen, cool safety features Audi was our first stop in looking for a new vehicle. It ended up being our only stop. Very happy with my experience snd would highly recommend.

2016 Q3 Quattro Prestige. Bought used at 38,000 miles. No I have 51,000 miles. I'll make this succinct. 1. Great Comfort 2. Quattro is AMAZING in the snow! I've tested it! 3. Handling is solid and fantastic (in the Prestige trim as the OEM tires are 19" and wider for much better performance). Cannot speak to the other trims 3. Mediocre engine power as stock. I have the APR stage 1 upgrade that basically increases HP by a solid 50% and it is VERY noticeable!. 4. Sound system - Fabulous! 5. Navigation is mediocre and the screen is a bit small and the placement is awkward to me. But it does work. 6. reliability - This is a big one. So far so good. I am keeping an eye on the engine (checking the oil at least once per week). There are several class action lawsuits out there for this engine (one on the timing chain and one on the pistons / rings). Keep an eye on those.

Service department at Carmax superceded my expectations! Called to have a service done on my Nissan and they were able to accommodate my tight schedule even though they did explain their schedules were tight as well. The amount of time I waited was far less than any dealer I've ever been to, and Dave in the service department greeted me by name and wore a smile until I left! They even washed my car for me and let me know if there was anything I needed to not hesitate to give them a call.

I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

Great. Has a GPS and rear view camera. Love the handling and safety features. Drove Volvo's since 1972 and finally “upgraded” after I saw what awful changes were made to Volvo by the buyer in America. May go back when I see how they develop EV!

I've only added 100 miles on my used car I purchased as of writing this review, but so far, I'm very happy with it. Overall, I was incredibly pleased with how this dealership gave me an experience rather than a "Q&A" or other boring process. Everyone seems super committed to customer experience, and a special shout out to the three men I had the pleasure of working with - Brody, Jeremiah, and Steve.

Very good buying experience. We purchased a BMW with the help of Phil. Both Phil and the rest of the staff were always very friendly throughout the buying process and we never felt pressured to buy the vehicle. We were able to test drive the car by ourself and more than one time before buying.

I love it. Smooth ride, great on gas. Just enough space for me. If you’re looking for a family car I would suggest q5 and up. For me it’s the perfect amount of room and so quiet. Only thing it’s missing is auto start

The 2020 Q3 is a pleasure to drive and has so many technological innovations. It is a pretty small SUV with smallish backseat and cargo space but it’s very spacious upfront.

Cannot describe how great of experience I got here buying a replacement SUV for my son. My salesman Jacob had the 2 carsbi called about ready to test drive and both were very clean. I drove the first one and decided I didn't need to drive the other one as the one I drove had everything and more I was looking for. This car was a huge upgrade. Switching from a Honda CRV, I knew I wanted something reliable (as well as beautiful). The Q3 was the perfect balance. The interior is nothing special, but I having bluetooth and a backup camera. Everything else is just noise to me.
