Used 2022 Audi Q5 for sale near Bryn Mawr-Skyway, WA

The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

I called ahead to ask my sales associate, Jon Pollock, to hold a newly advertised certified Q7 for 4 hours while I drove from Portland to Seattle. Jon went out of his way to accommodate me and assured me the car would be waiting. He was friendly, engaging, and absolutely knowledgeable about the product he sales. During the test drive, I was given a brief summary of the features the car had and after returning to the dealership, I was given a more detailed explanation of the Q7’s amenities. The price was more than fair, the car was better than advertised, and financing got an interest rate for me that was lower than my own credit union offered. University Audi Lynwood provided a luxury experience from first call to driving off the lot. Best experience I have ever had at a dealership!! Thanks again Ron. Shawn

The car is beautiful and luxurious. It has surprising power. The ride is very comfortable. The back is spacious for carrying whatever is needed. I have no issues.

Jason is amazing! After an extensive search for a Porsche 911 Carrera S (991.1) I finally found one at Painless Autos. I sent Jason a message over the weekend, and later that week we had wrapped up the deal! Jason was amazing through the whole process! keeping me informed on a few things he wanted to take care of before handing over the keys. Returning to write another great review of Audi Bellevue Service. Our Audi Q5 had an engine light come on (malfunction indicator light) on Thursday afternoon. We had a road trip planned for the next day Friday early morning. We immediately drove to Audi Bellevue service and were met by Michael H right away. He recognized me from last time and immediately inquired if the previous issues had returned or if this was new. I told him the situation and our dire need to get this seen right away so that we could keep our travel plans. Michael understood the the time sensitivity of the situation and quickly got our car in for the codes to be read. We arrived at 5 pm and the service center closed at 7 pm so we had little time. While it was being diagnosed, Michael helped us come up with alternative solutions, ie a loaner, driving a limited distance on the car as is, potential fixes that might temporarily solve or long term solve probably causes, etc. Michael continued to keep us informed along the way with quick and periodic updates, and checked in with us on our action plan. I?ve worked in customer service and owned a business that needed strong people persons; I?d hire Michael in a second for any job that needs a good communicator; friendly disposition, and the ability to quickly assess a situation and come up with an action plan using the ALL the tools at his/her/their disposal. I will continue to return to audi Bellevue service center for my automobile needs, including sticking with Audi for future car needs down the road, knowing I can get them serviced here. Thanks for helping us keep our Friday morning trip plans!

They made buying a car painless. I wanted to hug the sales person, Fred and the finance person, Brandon when we were done. Yes, I just bought a used car and wanted to hug them!? They took very good care of me, both were very kind, considerate and professional.

Excellent customer service! I have been going to this dealership for SO many years for any new cars (5 so far) as well as services. Never been disappointed and worth getting out of my way to this dealership (90mins drive during rush hours). Gage is my service advisor there. Always prompt, precise and very responsive. “Getting in and then out” is a breeze. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been buying cars for a long time and the experience has been generally bad. Sales people not knowing about the product, the negotiation hassle, trips to the manager, unnecessary and overpriced options etc. what a refreshing change at NW BMW. Morgan was a pleasure to deal with. Negotiations were pleasant and short, finance was a breeze and insurance a delight. Even the “genius” who helped set up the car was great. It’s a pity this is likely my last car. It seem as though I saved the best until last.

Just picked up my 2025 Audi SQ8 from Audi Bellevue. Ordering the car was easy. The salesperson there was helpful walking me through all the options and making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Delivery was on time, and the process couldn’t have been smoother. The car looked great when I picked it up, and they took the time to go over the immediately necessary features with me so I felt comfortable before hitting the road. Loving the SQ8 so far—definitely worth the wait!
