I submitted a request to see 3 Audi SQ5's and was contacted by Graham the next morning. I told him that we didn't have much time, but were going to come by to see the 3 cars. He had one out and waiting for me out front, and this was the one I ended up purchasing that day. Graham went above and beyond to make it a great experience and was able to negotiate a fair trade in value for my Bronco Sport. Upon pick-up, we noticed something when driving home and notified Graham. He got back to us in minutes with an appointment to drop off, and we had the car back in 2 days.
