Great dealership and they have plenty of car models and options to choose from, really clean spacious facility and seems very organized. They offer competitive pricing and are competing tough against Dallas, Plano, Houston market as well. The Sales Associate was very quick to respond and provided me a final number within minutes of my first interaction and cut-out lots of back and forth that usually happens with car buying at dealership. Also, he was proactive in ensuring to request my address, driver license and other documents so the car was practically ready once I reached the dealership. The location of the dealership is also a plus point, literally off the main freeway in North Austin. The staff in general has a no-frills, straight to the point personality and it really makes you feel that you are making your own decision and they don’t try to oversell, but rather help you find a vehicle based on your request and budget. I submitted a request to see 3 Audi SQ5's and was contacted by Graham the next morning. I told him that we didn't have much time, but were going to come by to see the 3 cars. He had one out and waiting for me out front, and this was the one I ended up purchasing that day. Graham went above and beyond to make it a great experience and was able to negotiate a fair trade in value for my Bronco Sport. Upon pick-up, we noticed something when driving home and notified Graham. He got back to us in minutes with an appointment to drop off, and we had the car back in 2 days. During that time, he made sure we were taken care of with very nice rental vehicles and was in communication with us about the progress.
