When we took possession of our new car, Jim Liberidis, also an Audi Brand Specialist, patiently and knowledgeably introduced us to the full menu of the computerized tools that the Q5 includes, and he also expedited the registration process for us. Mikylah greeted me, checked my car in, and had a discussion regarding my problems. She immediately struck me as being very knowledgeable, particularly regarding the symptoms and possible service bulletins. She provided a loaner and kept me informed as things progressed through the day. It turned out to require a software update that had just been released for this niche issue with a small number of cars. Well the update took care of my problems and also provided me with a couple of recently added features that I'm quite happy with. Additionally, while servicing it, the technician also provided a narrated video of a full undercarriage inspection which was quite informative and reassuring. When all was done, I received a freshly cleaned car with all of the issues taken care of. Overall I'm very pleased with the professionalism, knowledge, and accommodations of the entire service department. *****

Although Audi of Burlington is where I purchased my Audi I had my Q3 towed there as a tire fragment hit under my vehicle and damaged my oil maintenance sensor. Derek at the service desk immediately took care of me by providing a loaner car for my ride back to Cape Cod, called me when I got home and explained the process to fix my car providing a video of the damaged area and a thorough explanation of the work involved. All people I dealt with there were extremely nice and thorough.
