They gave a good offer on my trade and they DID NOT play games with the price (no market adjustments, dealer required accessories, etc.). Very satisfied.

We purchased a new 2021 Q7 from Audi North Scottsdale and were residing in New Mexico at the time. New Mexico is notoriously slow at governmental things (titling vehicles for example) and after almost a year and a subsequent move from Santa Fe to The Boulders in North Scottsdale we had a nightmare on our hands trying to get a title transfer. Chris Powell, GM, and his team stepped in and got the issue solved for us. We will always buy our cars from Chris!

While this is just my fourth vehicle purchase (I know some people buy more often), it was by far the best. Can't recommend Audi Wilmington enough. Kyle Luedke made my first car purchase seamless and smooth, and made sure to provide me with little tidbits of information that would be helpful during the entire process. As it was my first car purchase, I had plenty of questions, and Kyle was able to walk me through each and every one, provided me with his own opinion on what he would do if roles were reversed, which as a buyer, is reassuring to hear. My 2020 Audi Q3 needed a few items of touch up, so I had to come back later in the week, but Kyle went out of his way to constantly stay in touch via text/call, making sure I was checking all of the boxes to ensure a smooth paperwork transaction at the end. The service experience was excellent. I was able to schedule the service online. I needed to update service instructions; service manager Ibrahim took care of editing service instructions and updating appointment date and time. On day of service, I was met by service member as soon as I drove into garage. Ibrahim arrived shortly after and coordinated the service. I received periodic updates while in break area enjoying coffee and cookies. The car was ready per original schedule provided by Ibrahim. The car was washed nicely. Overall it was a very pleasant morning.

We had been searching causally for a few months for a plug in hybrid suv. We had toured a bunch of different brands and nothing felt right. We made an appt to see one at this dealership and we’re blown away. The team gave us our most in depth tour (over 2 hours ), helped us navigate finances and find the perfect vehicle.
