I traveled to Las Vegas on a roadtrip through the desert, and my coolant light came on. I was nervous because the temperature was close to 120. They arranged for my car to be looked at first thing the following morning. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Shannon even set me up with a loaner vehicle so I could return to the hotel to pick up my belongings. By the time I returned, my car had been repaired and was ready. I was able to drive home safely. In true Audi form, the team performed and took great care of me.

I came in this April to either buy a car or lease a car and knew little to nothing about the whole process. But VW and Jeff Anderson both made that so much easier for me and I could not be happier with my decision to trade in my old VW Jetta for a brand new beautiful Tiguan!

We purchased a new 2021 Q7 from Audi North Scottsdale and were residing in New Mexico at the time. New Mexico is notoriously slow at governmental things (titling vehicles for example) and after almost a year and a subsequent move from Santa Fe to The Boulders in North Scottsdale we had a nightmare on our hands trying to get a title transfer. Chris Powell, GM, and his team stepped in and got the issue solved for us. We will always buy our cars from Chris!

Really great experience overall. We loved Gary - you should ask for him. Very knowledgeable and no pressure which was great. While I expected to be strong armed in finance for additional upgrades/packages, we did not suffer that here. Thanks you, Perry!

While this is just my fourth vehicle purchase (I know some people buy more often), it was by far the best. Low stress, no pushiness, no trying to upgrade me to vehicles outside of my desired price range. This was by far the best buying experience ever, where there was absolutely no pressure to buy. Can't recommend Audi Wilmington enough. Kyle Luedke made my first car purchase seamless and smooth, and made sure to provide me with little tidbits of information that would be helpful during the entire process. As it was my first car purchase, I had plenty of questions, and Kyle was able to walk me through each and every one, provided me with his own opinion on what he would do if roles were reversed, which as a buyer, is reassuring to hear. My 2020 Audi Q3 needed a few items of touch up, so I had to come back later in the week, but Kyle went out of his way to constantly stay in touch via text/call, making sure I was checking all of the boxes to ensure a smooth paperwork transaction at the end. They remembered all my information and I got a great sales experience.
