The service tech texted me a video of work in progress, pointing out areas that needed attention. The entire cost of the service, including a new tire, was covered by the insurance obtained at time of purchase. This dealership has consistently been a pleasure to deal with.

After a less-than-ideal first impression, the team took the time to listen to my concerns with genuine kindness and professionalism. I received a letter from Audi indicating a recall on an engine part for my 2023 Q5. We were leaving town in two days and planned to drive the Audi for its first long distance trip. Audi of Hilton Head was able to get my car in for service the next day, despite an already full service schedule, and assured me that the vehicle service was completed with no issues.
