Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

The staffs are very friendly, first Yasu made it very easy for me to schedule a test drive within 15 min of my call. Yasu was very welcoming when we met and very knowledgable about the car and made it very easy to go over the financing application. When picking the car, Connor was very nice and spent enough time with us making sure to cover everything related to technology and answering our questions.

Traded in my Tahoe for this and have loved every minute driving this car! I have one in a car seat, and still have plenty of room. Such a smooth drive. I test drove so many cars and this by far beat them all. You get so much for the money, plus great safety ratings!

Having now over 202,000 miles I can say this is a great car to own and drive. Friends never believe the mileage that is on the car because it rides and drives so amazing. The interior quality of materials and fitment are also exceptional and have held up perfectly over the years. These cars do require maintenance but if properly taken care of they will last a long time and be very reliable!

I have been to so many car dealerships through out my driving years. I love westlies because they do not follow you at lot asking tons of questions. Of course I'm there to look att cars and when I find one I'll come to u. Which I did. I found 4 that I loved. They let me test drive each one. I ended up choosing the Chevy equinox. It was beautiful not a thing a long and very spotless. The lpaperwork took no time. A lot of places takes a good 8 hours not westlies. They were very nice. I told them the price I did not want to go over and I got it for less..I will tell everyone to go there to buy a car and they will not be disappointed..I got 4 free oil changes for free and check my engin̈e and tires. I really liked this car. The engine has a very long life, it is as old as me(almost 9 in September) and still in as good condition as a factory version! The ride quality is amazing and it is soooo smooth! Very powerful. Great suspension and transmission.

I live in Chicago & the dealership is in Portland, Oregon. I told Mr Marcus De La Rosa that I was seventy years old plus, I really wanted the car. He arranged the shipping of the new car to me and the old one back to him. Papers were overnighted to me and returned by US Postal Service. The experience was so enjoyable, that I am back again. The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

The Q5 just does most things right. Fuel economy runs about 18-19 in town and 30 highway (4-Cyl.) Acceleration is very strong. Very comfortable and steering response is typical Audi - not numb but not overly strong feed road feel either - better than our previous BMW X3. Seems to have less storage in the cabin than the X3. Owned for just over 1 year. Reliability has been good. Foot sensing hatch opener can be finicky at times but no other problems. No rattles or other issues. Lane keeping is not as good as Mercedes E-class but gets the job done.

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

I love my Audi Q5. I have two small children and I feel so safe driving this SUV. It has a great sized trunk area. In the future once I pay this off I will stay with the Q5 and just go newer. I believe it is worth every dollar!
