Service was done fast and friendly. Thank you I had to replace my bmw emblem last month and it came off in the wash bay. I had to go find it myself. I priced replacement of them emblem in parts department and it was over 5 times marked up from eBay. I was told it was a different part but upon inspection of both, it was the same. I left with leaving the impression that the person I spoke with was correct about it being a different kind of part. Some times simple things make no difference and the feeling of being superior matter more to some than others. Just a note. Antwon was not responsible for any of this. He was super and made me feel like I should have stayed speaking with him instead of pointing out the emblem as missing to the most available person in service once I noticed the problem.
I've done business with Parker Audi since they opened and have been very pleased in product, service, and response to my needs. They know how to run a dealership and the results show it. Plus the Audi is the finest auto I've ever driven.
Tarik was great during the process of buying my Audi Q7. I placed an order and he kept me informed during the process until it arrived. He gave a tutorial on how to operate everything and is always available if I have questions.

Paul Donahue is wonderful!!! This was the best car shopping and buying experience I have ever had. No pressure, told Paul what I was looking for, payment limit and he went out in the pouring rain and found my car. Everyone at Mercedes -Benz of Little Rock was very professional, kind and helpful. Made me feel like I was part of their family. Highly recommend.
I was looking for a smaller car and something a bit more sporty. A friend recommended Parker Audi. I was greeted by Joe Madden. He was wonderful! I only knew a little about the Audi A4 and he explained everything and answered all my questions. The best thing he did was tell me the truth. I would have made a mistake if he hadn't. I bought the A4 and it was the best decision I ever made on a car. The purchase process was fast and easy with Joe doing the stirring. Ever since then, I've been able to call him if I had a problem and he helped right a way. It's a great feeling knowing you can contact someone personally and they can help.
